Why our eyes are red from lack of sleep?
Eyes need a certain amount of time to regain their natural moisture level after a day's work.
They rest at night, but if those precious hours of sleep are stolen from them, they will retaliate with redness.
In winter, the redness is more pronounced, because at this time, the moisture outside freezes, and indoors, it is dried by the heating.
