" Hey I would like one strawberry milkshake and..." Betty stopped ordering after realising Tabitha was in deep thoughts which was not her at all.
" are you...okay?" Betty asked she was worried. The two had been friends even though they started in a wrong foot, she was happy she was always there for Jughead since she realised how he had been having a hard time.
" um...yeah what was is it again?" Tabitha smiled like everything was okay. " yeah...strawberry milkshake." She repeated heading back to sit with Archie. It was later when she brought her, her milkshake.
"i think you should also sit down, you look exhausted mmh?" She begged her leaving some space for her as the girl finally gave in.
"Tell us, is this because of your relationship with Jughead?" Betty asked giving Archie some side glance trying to make him also join the discussion.

"It's nothing it's just I and jughead have not been close this days...he's pulling away from me and I...just...want to be close to him...I like him Betty." Tabitha confessed " ...and I...wanted to...have a real thing...but I'm afraid...if he might be loosing interest in me."

Betty and Archie were smiling happy to hear about her confession and for some reason they knew they would make a cute and loving couple.
" don't worry, we'll help you infact we...we're friends and...we know him...right Archie?" Betty pressed him as Archie agreed giving her hope not sure if this was Jughead's want.
" yeah he's been sad...but when I see him with you he feels happy...I want you together...we can get Veronica and-"
Archie got interrupted " no, not her actually....she's the reason Jughead is not here and somehow...they've gotten close and Veronica has gotten enough on her plate..I don't know if it's just me but does Jughead have a certain history with Veronica like... intimate?" Tabitha asked taking Archie and Betty by suprise.
"What! no, they hated each other's company....wait but why?" Archie asked
" why would you think that?" Betty asked
" No, I just don't know or trust her, please don't involve her in this." She begged
" yeah it's true but Jughead was there for her as her friend since she went through alot." Betty knew Archie was too dumb to get it but from what Tabitha was saying and by reading her expression she could tell her jealousy, it was like reflecting to the mirror cause she had been there.
" I promise you, we won't." She placed her warm hand over the dark skinned girl's hand giving each other pleasant smiles.
" Hey why...would...you bring us here? Aren't we going to like work or...paint." jughead was confused staring at the school's library which was dead silence.
He wanted to get out at pop's and get away to think about all that was going on but Veronica just would always do what she wanted and surprisingly she grabbed his coat dragging him back to their old school.
" I booked the library from around 1:00pm to 2:00pm knowing you love books so much and now you can have the library for yourself." She body explained looking like some proud heroine leaning majestically against the absent librarian's counter.
Jughead could not help but be badly surprised knowing her very well how she would pull a grand gesture just to help someone like him. She was an angel, she would do anything for her friends which he then realised.
He had no words to say but just exhaled a wow.
" say something, I was expecting a thank you or atleast something but you look displeased. Is something wrong?" She crossed her arms around her chest.
" cause its too much...and...I...don't deserve all this...but thank you Vee. " He gently spoke turning around to make his way outside when he heard her louboutin heels click rushing infront of him stopping him. " Hey! Who said you could leave?, you don't know how much I went through to convince Mr Weatherbee to hand me the library when it's not in use...and you are just going to leave with these books calling onto you....mmh?" She grinned evily doing weird stuff with her eyes....which almost made Jughead burst in laughter.
