Jughead had been attending some support group and it was quite not an interest to him first not after having those blackouts and visions of approaching mothman and flees.

This time he was glad Tabitha was there for him supporting him which makes him wonder where to define their relationship now, ever since that night of not talking to each other they've just been friends.

" are you sure you want to attend this circus of lunatics?" He teased with his hands on both her arms. " yes Jughead, i want to know you better and infact you've been running away before you get to tell your story so I'm here to make sure of that." Jughead laughed gazing at the beautiful girl infront of him before they went in Dr. Whitley's support group.

Jughead shares his story with the group about his ilussions and his traumatic past which led to his blackouts.

" actually I don't usually remember but I think I did and some things don't occur to me maybe...it's painful to remember."  He weakly smiled

Tabitha follows him him out inquiring further about his blackouts but he didn't feel right after opening so much about himself. " how do you feel? After talking to people." She asked as they walked back to pop's. He really felt like some burden had been lifted upon his shoulder, was it always this relieving talking to someone, Veronica must have felt the same talking to him?

With that in mind, Tabitha proposes that they skip Cheryl's key party, but Jughead believes that a night of debauchery is precisely what he needs. But deep down he was hoping to see Veronica.

Jughead and Tabitha arrive at Cheryl's party, with Jughead headed straight for the bar. Reggie arrives behind them. It was rather a moment later when almost everyone of their friends arrives except Veronica.

Jughead was somehow disappointed, he was one of the guys expecting her to show up but he guessed wrong.
" it seems the guest of honor has decided to bail." Cheryl with disappointment glared at Archie and Betty wishing they'd never come maybe Vee would have showed up.

"Vee is not one to miss party, Jughead are you sure you told her to come or just didn't want her around!" Cheryl annoyingly snapped as always Tabitha would step up and defend him like some loving girlfriend. Jughead was already not in the mood leaving to go for a drink  just when the door flew open and in came the raven haired princess wearing  a black jumpsuit that made her look graceful and majestic.

Jughead met her eyes from the corner of the room. He didn't know how but he smiled at her letting her know he was happy for her to be there. Before she could even approach him Cheryl immediately kidnapped her with a reassuring hug. Jughead watched as the raven haired hugged back and excorted along side with Toni like some bride.

Veronica was happy her friends were happy to see her, she didn't know what was she worried. Everybody was the same except Betty with Archie who looked uncomfortable after seeing her presence like some ghost. She hated the sight of her ex best friend and boyfriend  being together but it gave her comfort knowing that they also felt the same way she felt after seeing her.

Veronica knew she had to let go and be happy for them since she was married already. Jughead was right, it was no use holding onto the past, she wanted to go to him after directly meeting his presence the moment she came in. Then Cheryl and Toni dragged her to their direction making her feel more welcome.

She sits down and notices there more people and guest in the inner circle she didn't know about...so Kelvin starts introducing them to her and having more chats making her laugh and feel joy. This was really what she needed....the Riverdale she always remembered.

From afar corner Jughead's eyes are only fixed on Vee and Toni somehow notices. Veronica was her friend but lately she feels some kind of jealous but she must be mistaken, she then asks Reggie who was busy playing some kind of game.
