Somewhere else in the city, at an arcade, an English Bulldog had just sat down by the gaming machines, taking a bite out of his pizza. Soon, another person came by with his hands in his red hoodie's pockets.

"Rubble, I told you not to eat the pizza without me!" The guy said shaking his head.

"It's not my fault Marshall, the pizza was getting cold" Rubble responded. Marshall rolled his eyes.

"Fine, but I am gonna beat you at StreetFighters 4" The Dalmatian said confidently. Rubble scoffed.

"Yeah right" Rubble said as they began to play. "Hey, do you know where Zuma is?"

"He said something about meeting with... I think he said Tracker?" Marshall responded in confusion. Rubble's eyes widened.

"No way, he actually found him?" He asked. "I thought he said his younger brothers did something to his number?"

"Yeah, but he said he had bumped into Tracker a while back" Marshall responded. "Time for me to kick your butt!"

Meanwhile, Chase had just finished his shift for the day. To say that it was exhausting would be an understatement. One thing however, had brightened up his day:Skye.

Skye was definitely the most beautiful being he had laid his eyes on, considering he hadn't asked for her number.... It's just he didn't want to overstep his boundaries by doing that when he had JUST met her. He did hope he would see her again.

He walked around the corner before seeing a girl run past him. He smiled.

"Skye! Skye wait up!" He screamed running after her. He followed her into an ally... but she wasn't there. He blinked several times before coming back to his senses. Maybe he had been seeing things, maybe it was just because he was tired. He shrugged before heading back to his apartment.

In their apartment, Skye was lying on her bed, facing the ceiling. She wasn't tired, she was in love. Seeing him on the sidewalk, yelling at the disobedient driver, she knew he was something... someone different.

She had not felt like this in a long time. The last time she fell in love, didn't go too well. Part of the reason she was in her room was because she was trying her best to avoid giving any more details to her roommate.

Everest was a romantic. She loved to ship people, and absolutely loved being in love. She hasn't been in a relationship yet, because for some odd reason she believes that the perfect guy is waiting for her.... somewhere. Where ever somewhere is.

Skye then heard a commotion. She rolled her eyes, stomping out of her room.

"Everest, what did you break this time!?" She yelled. She was surprised, when she saw Everest looking scared.

"What's wrong?" Skye asked annoyed. Everest shivered.

"I heard gun shots from the lobby" She responded in a barely audible whisper. Skye looked surprised.

"Are you sure?" She asked. The Husky nodded.

"Positive" She responded. Skye sighed before touching the door knob. Everest jumped from her seat, stopping her friend from opening the door.

"I'll go with you" She said to her. Skye furrowed her eyebrows.

"After you curled yourself up on the couch? No way" Skye said knowing Everest would be somewhat lazy.

"Hey, I managed to get to you, that should count as SOMETHING" Everest said, arms folded.

"Alright, but... stay close, OK?" Skye told her friend.

"We are a team, we stick together." Everest said as she and Skye nodded, opening the door.

But no amount of teamwork could've prepared them for what they were about to see....
