Y/N's POV
I wake up when I feel something above my chest, I can't breathe properly. I slowly open my eyes to avoid blinding my sight because of the light. I move my hands to the things that are above me. I feel a fluffy blanket. I elevate my head and I saw Olivia fast asleep, her pacifier in on her mouth.
I remember I tuck her in her bed, how did this little human get her with her little chubby legs?
I try to move, gently carry her to avoid waking her up. I grab my phone hoping for a text from Vicky but to my dismay, she just left it unread.
It's already 6 in the morning. Scarlett probably still sleeping. I laid Olivia on the couch, putting a pillow on the ground and beside her to avoid her from falling. I covered her with her blanket.
I bring myself to the kitchen and cook us breakfast. I make pancakes and I cook bacon and sausage. I prepare a pain reliever and water for Scarlett's hangover. I need to keep her hydrated.
As I prepare the breakfast I feel someone tug my shirt, I look down to see Olivia rubbing her eyes and yawning. I bend down to be on her level, tucking the loose strands of her hair. "Did you get good sleep, little one?" I asked her, she nods, "good morning, Y/N. Yes because your warm," she said and making grabby hands. I carry her and place her on her high chair. "PANCAKES!" She yelled in excitement. I can't help but smile.
"Are you okay if I leave you here for a while because I will give your mother her breakfast?" I asked her as she chew her food. She nods at me and smiles, "that's my girl" and gets the tray of food.
I carefully made my way to her room, I knock indicating im going in. I twist the doorknob and peek if she's still sleeping, well she does. I place the tray on the table near the balcony. I admire first her angelic face.
"Hey, wake up" I softly said, tapping her shoulder. "It's 7 in the morning. You don't have any work to do?" I said. She groans and buries her face to her pillow. "Oh, come on," I said. "5 more minutes" she mumbles against the pillow. "This is why I don't want you to drink I always said to you to drink moderately," I mumbled underneath my breath.
I wait for her to wake up. I sit down on the floor, my head against her bed, looking at the ceiling. My mind played with me and dig into my memory.
"Baby come on, you have work and you gonna be late," I said, taking off the covers. "I don't want to go" she whined. "Fine, I'll go to call them," I said. I'll never win with this woman.
"Come back to bed," she said, opening her arms but not her eyes. "But I have a work-" I said. "Please, baby" finally opening her eyes, tears are threatening to fall. I immediately hug her. "Hey, don't cry," I said, kissing her cheeks. "You're going to work and I don't want it" whining even more. "You're so cuddly this fast few days," I told her. "And you can't even let me go to the bathroom without you" I add.
"Stop talking and cuddle with me" she demands making me giggle. "Yes ma'am" I answer and flip her over so she's on top of me. She put her head on my neck, I place my hands on her back and soothed it. "Can you stay?" She muttered, "please?", "how could I say no to you?" I said. I grab my phone and call Alyssa, informing her that I can't go to work.
We spent the day cuddling, binges watching, and cooking her favorite meal. I watch her eyes flicker, her blond hair falls into me, her warm body against mine. Her presence calmed my stressed nerves. She's everything I need and want. She's my life.
"Morning" she greets me with her raspy voice. She massaged her head. "Morning. I prepare you breakfast before I leave. Take this pain reliever for your headache and drink a lot of water." I informed her. "Thank you. Is Olivia awake?" She asked and sit. I get a table and place it in the bed, bringing the tray of food to her. "Yes. She's already eating downstairs. I'll check on her while you eat." I said.
