Louis could barely focus for all of football practice. He was just thinking about if his room was clean, what his sisters would do, and how Lottie would react to a boy being in their house. "Tomlinson, focus on the ball!" Mr. Owens shouted at him. He was trying, honestly, but the thoughts were overwhelming.

When the team got to take a five minute break, Nathan, the captain, stopped Louis. "What's going on, mate? You seem all frazzled. Is something wrong?" He grabbed a water bottle from the cart and handed it to Louis.

"I'm fine, I just have a big project to do after school."

Nathan raised an eyebrow, "that's it?"

"Yep. I'll focus though. Sorry."

Nathan nodded his head and ran over to his boyfriend, Zayn. "How are you doing love? Is it too cold. You can wait in the car."

"No, I'm alright. Thank you though." Zayn paused for a moment, "you are doing so good out there baby. I'm so proud of you." Nathan's eyes softened because he had two goals in life, one make Zayn proud of him, and two get into university on a sports scholarship. And, as of right now, both of those things were coming true.

"Thank you." He cupped Zayn's cold face and kissed him. And Nathan watched the rose pink fill his cheeks.

"Thank you for what?"

"For just being you. You're just amazing." But, before the boys could continue there little moment, Mr. Owens, Nathan's dad, was calling the team back to the field. "I love you! Next goal is for you, honey." Zayn smiled back at him before going back up the bleacher to watch him play.

Louis circled up along with the rest of his team, "listen up!" Said Mr. Owens. "These next few games are going to be the biggest of the year. Stay out of drama, have football and school be your main priority. If you want to get into any university, these are the games. Alright?"

That just made Louis overthink more. He had art, family, friends, football, school, how in the world was he supposed to keep up with it all? He found it stupid that school always put so much pressure on students, but Louis had to deal with it because it was senior year.

After about 30 more minutes of practice, Louis and his team were let go. He took a quick shower and packed up his bag before running out to Harry's car. "Hey." Louis said.

"Hi, uh, where's your house?" Harry asked. His breath quickened, so Louis decided instead of doing some stupid small talk he would just give directions. The boys eventually made it to the house and started unloading themselves with all the paint supplies.

"Lottie! I'm home!" Louis yelled into the house, but it only echoed back to him. "Hold on one second, I'm going to call my sister." Harry just nodded and for some reason Louis felt a little embarrassed.

"What's up, Lou?" Lottie said through the other end of the phone.

He let out a big sigh of relief, "where are you guys?"

"I took the girls to my house because you said that you needed to work on a project."

"Oh ok. I'll see you in like 2 hours then?"

"However long you need."

They eventually said bye and hung up the phone. "Is everything alright?" Harry asked. Which made Louis jump because he forgot that he was there for a moment.

"Everything's good." Louis gathered his things again, "let's go up to my room." It felt weird for Harry to walk up the stairs and see pictures of his family having fun together because he never got that luxury. Harry tried not to feel jealous but he couldn't help it because Louis got everything. He was popular and all the girls talked about him. He was a star football player, and he had an amazing, supportive family.
