Swish! : Game 2

"She can't make it?" Jisoo frowned, reading Jennie's text. Picking up her bag, she decided to walk back home, still dribbling the ball with her free hand.

"Captain!" Jisoo regretfully turned to see Lisa running to Lisa and Yuna running towards her.

"What does the Energizer Bunny duo want from me?"

"Some SM kids hogged the court and when we asked for it back they dared us to a game, we need one more person to go against them so we can win." Yuna beamed, eyes disappearing with her large smile."

"And what do I get out of this?"

"Our love and care?" Lisa batted her eyes elegantly.

"Both very useless. What else?"

"We bet $250, there's only four of us so if you join you get $50." They rolled their eyes once Jisoo smirked.

"Deal!"

They practically flew to the court all the way on the other side of the neighborhood. Money does crazy things.

"This is Jennie's neighborhood." The raven muttered under her breath, following the familiar path.

"Come on, Capchu!"

"Coming, coming."

Once they were on the court, Jisoo focused on setting a player to guard for everyone.

"Tzuyu, take the guy with the slit brow. He's not that tall so be ready to use your knees." They looked over to see Kibum awkwardly patting the ball as if they had caught him listening in.

"I'll get the Minjeong kid. Yeri take Ningning."

"On it, Cap."

"Yuna, block all shots the tall girl makes."

"Jimin?"

"Yes, and Lisa, grab...the one beside Jongin."

"Soojung."

"Yeah, that's good, play your usual positions."

Following Jisoo's orders, they began with their starting positions and switched accordingly to how they saw the others play.

It didn't take long for them to score double the amount of points compared to the other mismatched team that had demanded for the game.

"Okay, seventy-five to win." Kibum hollered, hoping they agree

"What?! You said fifty. Stop cheating just because we're three points away from winning."

"It's not cheating, you're just scared you won't make it."

"Or you're scared, you're gonna lose." Yuna chuckled, seeing him stutter through his sentence.

"Fine! Whatever. Fifty to win."

Lisa started with the ball, dribbling it to the middle. She took a second before throwing it to Tzuyu who then attempted to get a shot from her point.

Unfortunately, it was up to Jisoo to get the rebound, she pushed against Jimin to slap the ball into the air and watched Yuna grab it and make a long pass to Yeri.

They eagerly watched as Yeri ran up to the net, faking a lay up and threw it behind her back to Lisa. The girls were having fun, watching the SM team running around in confusion as the ball traveled back and forth between them.

Seeing them out of breath, Jisoo signaled Lisa and watched her fake one last long shot before passing it to Jisoo who stayed at half-court.

With one long throw, the ball hit the net without even touching the backboard or rim. They won those three points with one shot.
