chapter thirty one

Well,how am I going to put this? My life have always become somehow whenever Smith is around. I tried my possible best to stay away from him but he's just wherever Xavier is. Anytime my eyes met his,he would just give me this spooky smile that makes my heart stop beating for five seconds.

I have even dreamt about him few times. Damn,I think I need therapy.

"I can't wait to go back home next week" I exclaimed looking into the air. "Yeah I know" Maya casually replied sipping her soda. "Don't be a mood killer" I threw the pillow on her and she dodged it. The pillow went flying to Stephanie and she easily caught it.

"What are you girls talking about?" Stephanie asked sitting on her bed and throwing the pillow on my face. "Heyyy!" I shouted and she chuckled. "Nothing actually" Maya replied focusing on her soda.

We decided to visit Stephanie since the holiday is here already. We finished exams last week and if I say it was easy,then I would be the biggest liar. It wasn't easy but Alhamdulillah, I tried my best.

Stephanie decided that we should sleep over at her house which I completely disagree with. She persuaded but I wasn't giving in. She's living with her brother and Smith can visit him. If he  learns that I'm here,then there is a 100% chance that he can murder me and I am not ready to die. At least not yet.

I told Maya my reasons and she understood. I wasn't comfortable talking to Stephanie about her brother's best friend and how he scares me like hell. Like,mehn that would be awkward.

After spending many more fun hours at her hours,we decided to leave since its already dark.

"Guys, wait for me pls,I need to use the restroom real quick" I said visibly dancing as I held my pee for too long. "Let's lead you to the restroom cos I don't want any gross liquid in my room" Stephanie said holding my hand as I shoot her a glare. We walked out of her room to the hallway where the restroom is.

"We are going to wait for you outside" Maya said following Stephanie out. I rushed inside the toilet relieving myself. I washed my hands and came out.

Uhm,now where should I follow that is leading to the outside? I wasn't looking when Maya went with Stephanie cos I was so focused on my pee.

Left or right?let's try the right. Right is always right,right?what am I even saying. I turned to my right and walked cautiously. I saw a door at the end and I thanked the moon that I found the door leading outside.

I knocked at the door but no one answered. I know I wasn't suppose to knock but I'm very new here. What if its someone's room? Pftt,how can parlour door be someone's room?

I opened it carefully and it was dark. Wait,this isn't outside, its a room. Oops. I guess my instinct was right. I turned my heel on a mission to go back then close the door but I was suddenly pulled inside the room. I already know everyone might have guessed who it was.

"Who...who is that?" I asked no one with a shaky breath as I swallowed the large lump in my throat.

"Well,well,well!" Someone said clapping there hands and I very well recognise the voice,even in my dreams. My stomach turned in an unpleasant way and my knees became suddenly weak.

"Sm...Smith?" I questioned even though I clearly knows he's the one. "Are you surprised?" He said close to my ears and I detect the evil smirk in his voice. I turned quickly but I dared not to move from the position I am cos I'm afraid to hit anything or rather,fall into a pit he dug as a trap for me.

"Pls Smith, I'm sorry,just let me go. Just embarrass me the way I did to you not all this creepy things cos its freaking me out" I wept.

"Don't be such a weenie! What I'm going to do to you now will be worst than death,I think it will then be a great lesson to you to never mess with the wrong person" he laughed out and I don't know what was so funny.
