Chapter 16: Super Training!

Two weeks had passed since Trunks's hearty visit and training had already begun for the Z- fighters. Each fighter was either training with each other or training by themselves, either way, each fighter's power and technique was increasing at a steady rate.

Gohan trained with Gohan and Piccolo.

Tien trained with Chiaotzu.

Krillin trained by himself.

Callion also trained by himself.

Today though, Callion had to work and had been putting in extra hours that helped the company tremendously and even after working twelve hours already.

Once he got off, Callion went home and still had energy to spare, yet he didn't feel like training due to his body being sore. So he laid down on his bed and felt the stiffness of his body disappear and he quickly went to sleep.

Callion woke up when he felt a familiar power coming towards home and he quickly flared up his power to make it known that he was there, only for the person to knock on his window.

"Goku." Callion said with a smile on his face and quickly went to open the window so that his friend could get through. The sun warmed both his room and his body as the rays touched his skin in a gentle caress.

"Hey Cal, I was wondering if you'd like to train with me." Goku said with his signature wide grin that reached both sides of his face.

The teen nodded his head, threw on his hoodie, and immediately went into the bathroom to brush his teeth. When he emerged, Goku and Callion immediately went to Goku's house, which Callion hadn't visited in a while.

Once they landed, they faced each other while both having the biggest grins on their faces. They were ready.

Goku charged at Callion, without transforming, and they matched each other blow for blow as they fists collided. In the corner of Callion's eyes, he'd spotted Gohan staring in awe from out the window.

"Chichi must have him on a leash today, poor guy." Callion thought, while blocking Goku's kick with his arm, but the force knocked Callion away a few feet. Allowing his feet to slide on the ground as if he was gliding on ice. "Goku, I have to tell you something."

The older Saiyan's head perked up a bit, but Callion went in for the offensive, which Goku managed to block.

"There will be another enemy to emerge." Callion said while attacking Goku. "His goal will be to absorb the androids and use their power to increase his to a tremendous amount."

"Really?" Goku questioned in pure shock, then Callion's fist connected smoothly with his face. "Ouch!" Goku yelled while holding his cheek.

"Sorry." Callion said. "This enemy will go through a few... transformations... if we don't stop him as early as possible."

Goku looked into the air and placed a hand on his chin. "Does this enemy have a name?"

"It's Cell." Callion answered. "He's another android but he's made with the DNA of a bunch of the strongest warriors. You, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza, and even Frieza's father."

"Awe man. This guy seems pretty strong." Goku said as he started to sort of pout. "All of these life threatening battles are taking away from the fun of fighting strong opponents."

Callion nodded his head in understanding. "From what I've seen, you all beat Cell in his perfect form, but at the cost of your life."

"Really? Wow that sucks, but at least we won." Goku responded.

"Yeah, but now that I'm here I don't know what will change and what won't change. So he could possibly have some of my DNA as well which will possibly make him even stronger." Callion said. "Truthfully, I want to fight Cell at his full potential but my better judgement is telling me not to take that risk."
