Chapter 9

Sally POV
You are still heavily upset about y/n after finding out he died in a car crash. You went up to the head master of the orphanage one day. She knocks on the door. "Come in!" You hear a voice and open the door.

"Sally! Hello sweetheart. What's the matter? You have not been yourself for quite some time." Mrs. Hamilton asks. "I have not been dealing with y/n's death well miss." She then says in a upset voice. Mrs. Hamilton then feels bad. "Child. Listen. He is in a better place now. He will always be apart of this orphanage along with the others who sadly passed away. Would you like to talk about your feelings?" She asks nicely. Sally then nods.

Charley POV
"HE HAS WHAT?" You yell at some children at the window. "I think I seen the person your looking for but... I'm not sure if he is going to last long." A random child said. He was wearing some old bottoms, an old shirt with a collar that had a brown overcoat that was scruffy and had a scrap from a lycan. He was also bare foot.

"What do you mean he won't last long?" Charley then screams down. "He is in the castle of blood and death. Nobody has ever escaped alive." The child yells up. You then lie back at the wall you were near the window and now you are then is both delighted and worried. "Who lives in the castle?" You then ask. The child then swallows. "It's the woman bigger than door frames!" You then gasp. Sally then comes in the door. "SALLY! Y/n is alive! But he is in great danger!"

Sally then gasps with joy. She then runs to her chest and opens it up and gets equipment. "What are you doing?" You then ask her. "We're going to save him" She then says. Charley then sighs with sadness. "Stop. There is no point." You then say. "Yes there is Charley! He is our friend." "So... do I just stand here?" The kid outside says. Then Sally goes through the window. "Where is he?" She repeats twice. "He is in the castle of blood and death. Nobody has survived going in or have survived escaping." The kid then says. "The woman bigger than door frames lives there!" "That's a myth!" Sally shouts and packs a bag full of equipment. You then walk over to her and put your hand on her shoulder. Before you said a word to tell her to stop she snaps and says "Charley. I know what you're going to say. We are going and thats final. Get our slingshots and those darts will you?" Charley then does as he is told. "We're gonna need jackets." You said and throws Sally her jacket.

Soon as the bags were packed with food, weapons and healing equipment, they were ready to go. Then Charley grabs two flashlights and throws one to Sally. "If I die, I'm going to kick your ass in the afterlife" you then give her a heroic smile.
She then smiles back. "Thank You. Now we need a way to escape this place tonight." You then get a rope that was very well put together. You made it when you were six. "This rope is six years old. Me and y/n tried to escape the orphanage with it once and we got caught. I hid the rope in my closet in case of an emergency." You say to her. It is very safe to use and it is very strong. It can also roll up and roll down with a string that allows it to go back up or down.

12:42am

"Sally. Its time" You say quietly trying not to wake the other children. She then gets up and grabs the bag as you throw down the rope. The both of you climb down but left a note for a child named Thomas to make sure nobody knows they are gone if they are there for a while. The kid returns from earlier. "Follow me." He said and they ran off.

03:21am

It was a blizzard and the children walked in the cold. Then he stopped. He then pointed at a castle top. "That is where you need to be. I need to get back to my house. Good luck you two!" He said then ran back home.
Sally and you get your slingshots and loaded them with darts.

"Stay behind me." You say to Sally.
Then the two of you go to the castle door. It needs two stones to open it. "Dammit!" She says under her breath. "Watch out for me. I'm going to get them." Sally then grabs a piece of cloth and picks up a pretty hard rock and wraps the cloth in it for a weapon.
