The sun shined through the curtains of the room, (then went grey lol) the temperature was cold, the crows were croakly singing and you were waking up from a very deep slumber. It was early in the morning. You wake up surrounded by nothing but...

wait...

OH YEAH ITS YOUR BIRTHDAY!!!!!

Then what's that big tall one in the ba...

Oh wait it's your mother trying to blend in. "Mommy!" You say jumping out of bed and jumping at the tall figure. She began to laugh. "You have good eye sight little one, I was trying to give you a fright trying to blend in. Happy Birthday (Y/N)!" She says kissing your face.

You giggle and thank her giving her a cute hug. She smiles looking down at you being so cute that would kill her if she had to kill him. "Okay, let's open some of these gifts now. Most of them are from me." She says handing you a small one.

You got a total of not twenty gifts, not thirty seven, but fifty gifts!

You mostly got more soft toys! You did however get some interesting items like a highchair, (finally) some hand knitted clothes, and a book. The book was written by your mother and it was called, 'The Lonley Rabbit'. "I'll read it to you later dearest for your bedtime story." She says putting it away. "Now there is something I need to show you." She says bringing you to the door that lead outside from the castle entrance. It was a painting next to the daughter painting.

It also had a plaqe. It read 'One Son, (Y/N)' you smile widley and hug her. "I love you (Y/N)!" She says kissing you. "Me too!" You say kissing her on the nose making her chuckle. "If you ever stop being cute, I will slice you to ribbons." She says before walking to the dining room with you to the dining room from breakfast.

After breakfast, you got treated as if you were the new high lord of the family. Your sisters and mother did everything you asked whenever it was to be hugged, fed, and made comfortable. It felt great!

Mother Miranda even popped in for a visit but it was sadly for a check up. You seemed great to her but your future seeing powers were weakened and now you can only see danger from a minute until it happens. It is okay though because you never really used it unless if it was for seeking surprises.

That part, everyone gave up on doing surprises except on occasions when you simply didn't want to see the surprise early.

However, Miranda managed to give you quite the surprise when she got a present. It was a blessing to enhance your future seeking powers to maximum power that you were able to hold. That meant you had to get...

A needle.

You could now see up till a century and it was amazing but... something about that century felt wrong. As you were looking, you were not in the castle but somewhere else. Also you were old and you had...

Grandchildren?

Yes, five grandchildren. Also the castle looked like any other castle you would see. Destroyed and decayed. Heck, he village straight out was gone! It looked like a bomb had blown up the place. You had to get out of your vision because it made you feel so confused. You simply put it in the back of your mind.

"What did you see? Are we all still there happily being together?" Your mother asked smiling. You looked stunned. Her smile faded. Miranda was gone when you went to look at her. "So... what did you see?" She asked turning your chin to her eyes.

You started to play around with your fingers in anxiousness. She knew exactly what you have been seeing. "Little one. You know there is ways we can change the vision. We just have to make sure nothing happens to us, or the village." She says standing up from the chair picking you up.

You managed to forget about it and you went on throughout your day happily. You did get an additional gift from Heisenberg though and the card  had a doodle of your mother's...

"THAT DAM FOOL!" She yells grabbing the card off you. "Your uncle is a real brute you know. I'll have to confiscate the card because it is too dirty for you." She says setting fire to it and she gets all calm.

You did get a iron puzzle box. It was very enthusiastic. You had to turn mazes to get into other mazes to get to the center which lights up and then it gets pulled back to the start with a magnetic force.

You liked it a lot but not the best present. All you cared for was the additional sixty soft toys and added them to your 192,910 stuffed toy collection. You felt proud. (If you the reader are wondering how he got to keep all his toys, the room is massive and he has them in many chests. Shut up, I am allowed to break the fourth wall even if the fourth wall breaks are overdone. I am the writer so respect them! Okay I am calm now.)

You have been playing a few games in the castle with the family including chess. You beat everyone but Daniela. She seemed to be very good at chess. Your mother won but gave you the win since "You are the birthday boy."

Surprisingly enough, you seen that they were going to play another fun game called, 'Whack the Man.'

Oh dear mother of Scrat. You are not thinking what you are thinking are you? Yes, the goal was to whack the man (that for some reason was still alive) with a sickle. You felt a little uncomfortable with the game so you got to skip it.

After it was over, it was the time, Dinner. After dinner you would be getting your cake. Something you never had in your entire life for your own. It was your favourite. Chicken on bread with butter! You had to eat some carrots though so you did that first and chewed it twelve times.

"Good boy." Your mother says before sipping her wine and patting your head. When you eat all of your dinner, you waited paitently for the cake. You had no idea what it looked like and you felt excited slightly.

"Now, we are all finished our dinner, I guess it is time we bring out (Y/N)'s birthday cake!" She says smiling and going out into the kitchen. Everyone in the room including yourself waited. She then entered the room with a sponge cake decorated with little bits of cream and finally a icing decoration with a...

One?

"But... I am seven." You tell her. She shakes her head. "You are, but to us since you are here for a year, you are one. You are still a baby to us." She says before sitting down.

She finally sliced the cake and gave you the first piece. You were happy about it because it was your first birthday instead of... going up to a table with sweets and taking two.

It lasted for two seconds as mentioned in the second chapter. (I broke the fourth wall twice in a chapter. Nice)

After that, it was the time you stayed up all night. (or the best you could) the first two hours were fine. Then when it hit your bedtime you started to droop slightly. Then as the hours went on. You were snuggled right on your mother's side and you kept at it to not fall asleep.

She smiled looking at you all tired and trying to stay awake. Eventually, you went to sleep because you could not keep your energy to stay awake.

Lady Dimitrescu (POV)

Your son fell asleep right next to you making you smile. "Well girls, since this little one is asleep and he is too young to have his own stay up all night birthday celebration, I guess we should all go to bed."

Your daughters bow and swarm off. You go to your room and get into the bed with your little child right beside you. You fell asleep yourself smiling. A year with (Y/N) already? That was very quick. However, as you fell asleep you had a dream.

~

"Happy Birthday to you! Yay!" Alcina says clapping her hands with a cake in front of Gregory shaking his hands.

She blows the candles and cuts the cake in half and give him a piece. He eats very well just like she taught him. He smiled at the taste as he usually does with eating sweet things. "Is it yummy?" She cooed to him making him laugh and starts to touch her hair.

~

You immediately wake up during the night feeling awful. The dream makes you miss that boy so much. You looked down at (Y/N) and smile. "I will never let you separate from me. Even if it is in a vision." You whisper to (Y/N) as he was sleeping and gave him a kiss before going back to sleep
