~Chapter 37~

(Y/n)'s P.O.V

Those aboard the Sunny found themselves in a very dark and cold part of the ocean, unaware of the sea monsters swimming around. As we activated some lights, we found ourselves staring face to face with a few of them, much to our horror.

"Ladies and gentlemen..." I whispered. "Welcome to the Deep sea... Where light can not reach and no normal creatures l excit."

"It's also known as The Underworld of the sea..." Robin added.

"I'm worried about Luffy, Zoro and Sanji." Chopper teared up a little. "I hope they're okay."

We, The Straw Hats still on board the Sunny started looking for Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji in the dark depths of the Deep Sea. However, Brook noticed that Caribou had escaped from the ropes that were holding him. I narrowed my eyes, remembering that Caribou is hiding in a barrel nearby.

."hehehe..." Caribou laughed. "The Trio is now dead." He chuckled. "I'm still disappointed that I couldn't take Strawhat's head, but I think the heads of the other strawhats would be just as good!" He thought to himself. "I should wait until they land at Fish-Man Island to attack."

While Caribou is formulating his plan, I walked to the barrel. I promptly forced the lid of the barrel down and sealed it with ropes and by bolting large metal holding plates along the sides of both ends of the barrel. After making sure that the ropes were tight enough, I slammed my foot on the barrel.

"I know what you want fucker." I kicked the barrel again and Caribou yelled, in Pain. "Guys! He's over here!" I rolled the barrel to where the rest of the strawhats were looking for the monster Trio. "You're a life saver (y/n)! Thank you!" Nami hugged my arm. "You're welcome!" I smiled widely.

"Is Something bothering you? Chopper?" Franky asked the Doctor what is wrong after seeing the uncomfortable look in his eyes. "It has become really hot..." Chopper sighed. "Yeah, it's hotter than before." Usopp agrees.

"Everyone, be careful. We're heading into a cloud of smoke." Robin warned us. My eyes widened when I noticed the smoke around us.

"Holy shit... I can't believe it!!" I screamed. My fear alarmed the crew so they looked at me with confusion. I took a deep breath a d started explaining. "The smoke under water, coupled with hydrothermal mineral deposits could only mean..." I looked at Nami and Robin and they gasped and took a step back. "We are in a Deep sea Volcanic region!" Nami yelled and went inside to steer the Sunny away. "What does it mean???" Usopp asked, still confused

"It means The Thousand Sunny is right above the mouths of several volcanoes you idiot!!!" I punched his head. "And seeing how much smoke around us, The volcanoes will erupt at any moment!"

"WE'RE DEAD!!!" Usopp hugged Chopper and started running around like a scared chicken. "We'll get killed!!" Brook yelled as well and joined the other two.

After moving away the ship from the volcanoes, Franky noticed a light in the distance, wondering if we had reached Fish-Man Island. Franky used his Nipple Lights as a morse code, but the light turns out to belong to a giant angler fish.

The fish tried to eat the ship, but was stopped by a giant humanoid creature, which was identified as an Umibozu, a sea giant, by Usopp. The giant punched the angler fish, whose name was Ankoro, saying that it was not supposed to eat ships and that captain Vander Decken would be mad at them. Brook then heard someone singing and out of nowhere, a ghostly ship approached from behind the giant.

"I can't believe it... The legendary Flying Dutchman." Brook indetified the ship. He then proceeded to give the history of the ship and its captain. "It's also called 'The ship that should not be'. The story dates back hundreds of years..." He said. "On a stormy day, a captain became deranged and started throwing his crew overboard, killing all of them. The captain's name was Vander Decken. He incurred the wrath of God, and was doomed to an eternity of wandering the sea, forbidden to ever make port." Brook took another step to get a better look at the half destroyed ship. "That ship is the very same ship that we see before us, the cursed ship of Vander Decken."

Suddenly, The Thousand Sunny shook a bit, and out of nowhere, the same giant octopus that was knocked out by Luffy, Kraken came back and attacked wadatsumi, the giant humanoid creature. Everyone on the ship was surprised to see it again. Kraken continues to beat up the giant until a very familiar voice ordered it to stop.

"Oi! That's enough!" A raiven haired young man ordered him to stop, which it did. I smiled when  I spotted Luffy, Zoro and Sanji swimming towards us. Everyone was relieved to see them alive and safe. The monster trio sprawled out on the deck of the ship.

"Guys!" We all ruched to the three men smiling. "That was awesome Luffy!" Usopp hugged the captain. "So, you actually managed to tame it! That's SUPER~ incredible!" Franky raised both his giant hands up and posed.

At the corner of my eye, I noticed Zoro looking at me with an unreadable look. I tiltled my head to the side and smiled softly. "Is everything ok Zoro?" I whispered so only him could her me.

The swordman didn't say a thing and walked towards me. He took me of guard when he caressed my cheek, then kissed it.

My jaw dropped and I blushed deep red. Zoro chuckled, enjoying my embarrassed state. "W-what was that for..." I whispered.

"... Just missed you shrimp." The swordman patted my head. "I'm not short!!" I playfully punched his shoulder. "Yes you are." He smirked.

"No I'm not!"

"Yes."

"No!"

"Yes."

"No! Stop teasing me!!"

"Could you two stop for a moment!" Nami yelled at us. I playfully glared at him. He only ruffled my head in response.

Luffy said that he was going to turn Kraken, who he named Surume, into a top-notch navigator as Surume placed Thousand Sunny on his head. Usopp said that we should be careful to ensure that the ship was not crushed. Few minutes passed and Kraken continued swimming deeper into the Deep sea, we noticed light slowly emitting from everywhere, so we all closed our eyes

Karen finally stopped moving. Slowly, we carefully opened our eyes and looked around us in awe.

"I can't believe it...." Brook gasped. "we're here!" Chopper asked Franky to pull him up so that he can get a better look around.

finally, we reached our long sought destination: Fish-Man Island, an island wrapped in gigantic bubble.

"We made it everyone! Shishishishi~!"
