"You're going with Tsukishima?!" Nishinoya gasped, his lips forming a pout. You rolled your eyes, nodding your head, "We're not a thing, he's just helping me out so I don't have to go with Nagasi."

"You should've asked me! I totally would've said yes without that big fuss yesterday!" Nishinoya placed his hands on his hips proudly.

This elicited a giggle out of you, patting the boy on the shoulder. "I'll think of it next time, Rolling Thunder." You grinned, watching as the boy's
cheeks turned a shade of pink from embarrassment.

You waved him goodbye, heading to your first period. Throughout the hallways, people gave you glances, whispering and nodding in your direction.

You knew exactly what they were whispering about. Ever since you had rejected Nagasi, it had spread like wildfire. Hell, even some of the teachers knew about it.

Multiple people came over to you, demanding the truth of what happened.

"l/n, why did you reject Nagasi?" A boy suddenly stood in front of you. "Cause I'm going with someone else." You shrugged, walking past the boy and brushing shoulders.

In History, a group of girls came over to you. "Hey, bestie y/n! What happened with you and Nagasi?" You narrowed your eyes at the friendly, yet cringey lingo, looking over the girls carefully.

"Nothing happened. I'm going with someone already."

You watched as the group of girls exchanged looks, smirking slightly. "Who's the lucky guy that got to go with you?" Another girl asked in a snide tone.

You hesitated with your answer, you didn't want to make the blonde mad.

"None of your business. Do you think you can leave, please? I'm trying to get my work done."

The girls backed off before giving you a dirty look, nodding their heads in the direction of the girl to others.

Leaning your head on a palm, you looked outside the window, seats across from your own.

The grey clouds covered the sky entirely like a blanket covers a child on a cold day. The trees danced in the wind synchronized as if they were professional dancers. Above the front gates was the power line, filled with crows side by side. Something about the familiarity infatuated the girl immensely.

"Y/N."

A voice snapped the girl out of her thoughts. Looking over her shoulder, her eyes roamed up the lanky figure beside her desk. She smirked as his hand placed itself on the corner of the desk, leaning down closer to her.

"Did you tell everyone that I'm your date?" He whispered in your ear, towering over.

You gripped onto his forearm, gesturing for him to stand up straight.
