"Be honest, did you work as a maid before this?" Juyeon asked, chirping his tone throughout the exceedingly audible vacuuming. Eric shook his head in disbelief, moving the vacuum rapidly. "No, you guys are just used to your shit laying around and waiting for someone to pick it up." Eric replied with a hint of bitterness, I chuckled at their bickering whilst I was seated on Eric's bed. Juyeon cocked an eyebrow at Eric, he composed his posture by standing up. "You're responsible for the cleanliness in our room." Juyeon scoffed, heading towards Eric, he purposely held the vacuum from moving, teasing Eric with a sneer. "Okay, you can stop." I murmured, not wanting for this to stop unfolding, I leaned back. "Let go, I want to finish!" Eric whined, eager to run his errands for the day. "No." Juyeon simply dropped, inducing Eric to drop the vacuum, breaking the handle. "Vacuum yourself." Eric seated himself beside me, viewing Juyeon with a salty look. "Okay, Y/n, go get another from the storage locker, you'll find it in a small corridor beside the armory. It'll be somewhat dusty, though." He explained thoroughly, I folded my arms. "I don't understand why you both started all of this over a vacuum." I mumbled, getting up. "See.." Eric agreed indirectly, Juyeon tittered. "It's because he vacuumed yesterday, the day before yesterday, he also washed the clothes that were on the chair for almost a week. He makes me feel guilty." Juyeon answered, his smile widening as he spoke.
"Storage locker." I began mumbling, walking through the dimly lit corridor. I sensed the scent of the dust trickling up my nostrils, which was unpleasant. "Vacuum.." I whispered, holding the dusty handle which held the oaken door from closing, as I was about to discard the place, I heard shuffling inside. I raised my eyebrow in suspicion, before stepping a foot inside the darkened room.
The locker was extremely tightened, with specks of dust soaking up the air, I jolted with the door closing abruptly at the heels of me. I hurriedly pulled the string which allowed light to seep in. With the first ray of light, I had yelped at the unexpected presence of Sunwoo, whom seemed as startled as I was. He shut his eyes in relief. "You startled me." Sunwoo said lowly, I furrowed my eyebrows in disbelief. "Me?! What about you?" I replied back bitterly, he sighed. "What were you doing here, anyway?" He asked, changing the topic. "Eric needed a new vacuum, the one he was using broke. You?" I ended my sentence with a question, Sunwoo held his hand up, revealing a usb. "I need it for something concerning our mission. We'll talk about it outside." He spoke whilst attempting to push aside me, slightly concerned about the closed door. "You closed it?" He asked, his eyes not leaving the door. "It closed behind me.. Why.." I asked, speaking slowly, Sunwoo shut his eyes, a vein wiring up his neck. "We're stuck, that door is broken and the only thing that held it back from closing was the vacuum."
"If I don't have an allergy of dust I'm going to have it now." I complained, the scent unsatisfying my nostrils. "I wonder whose fault that is.." Sunwoo muttered, causing me to shoot daggers at him. "As if I was supposed to comprehend from first glance that the door was broken." I replied, he laughed. "I don't mind, you're the one who's mad." Sunwoo stated, I raised an eyebrow. "I'm not mad." I objected, he slid against the storage room wall. "Then why are you screaming?" He asked, I stayed quiet for some time. "I'm not.." I stated once again, seating myself on the cold floor abreast of him. I glanced at him, he had his head rested with a hint of comfort, his eyes were shut as the sepia light illuminated on him. "Do we bang on the door?" I asked, trying to lay out solutions. Sunwoo kept his eyes shut, unexpectedly kicking the door twice with heavy thuds to which I winced at slightly. "No one will come." He cited, I folded my arms. "Wait until Eric comes down." He opened his eyes at last, looking at me. "It's so dusty in here." I pointed out the evident, Sunwoo grinned. "When are we not in dusty places?" He asked partially sarcastic, I began forming a small smile. "Even that garage we stayed in was dusty." I grinned wider, reminiscing our first encounter. "You were like this too." I added, he furrowed his eyebrows, ready to get offended. "Like what?" He asked further, impatiently awaiting my answer. "This calm? I don't know the word. When I was panicking, you wanted to sleep." I explained, Sunwoo instantly chuckled, his hand brushed upon the strands of my head. "In all honesty, I didn't even watch the news that day." He began, pausing for a bit as I listened attentively. "My father forgot to buy groceries, I had to do the job." He finished his little story, I nodded at it. "And did you get the groceries?" I asked sarcastically, he peered at me with an ironic frown. "What do you think?" He asked, I laughed, to which he grinned widely at. "You didn't see me come into that building with fresh pastries, did you?" He added, allowing me to grin wider at him. "I think you know why I was there as well, don't you?" I asked, Sunwoo nodded to confirm my words. He smiled faintly. "Is it weird that I'm glad you were captured at the time?" He asked, I averted my gaze towards him with visible puzzlement. He pressed his lips against eachother, creating a thin line before speaking. "I wouldn't have stumbled upon you if you weren't captured at that point." He explained, a beam slowly developed on my lips. "You're always so romantic in the weirdest places." I announced the evident, he tittered at my words, before speaking once again. "It's not like I had any other place to, if it wasn't for this situation I would've taken you everywhere." He furrowed his eyebrows, maintaining an eyegaze. I raised both of my eyebrows for mere seconds. "I still like the dirty storage room, though." I said, Sunwoo slowly enrobed his arm around my body, a faint grin on his lips. He longingly began peering at my face, the eyes of his heavily fixated on my features with dimmest light. I returned the eye contact he had begun, the both of us were now brightly gazing at eachother.
"You're so beautiful, how did I get so lucky." He stated, admiration written all over his expressions, a toothy grin unconsciously spread across my face. "I need a next life, I'm not satisfied to know you once, Y/n." He stated at last, love pouring out of his eyes. My rib cage almost broke at his words.
Abruptly, the door was swung open with a click, Sunwoo and I instantly whipped our heads. Eric had a perplexed expression painted on his face. "They're here!" He shouted, Juyeon was at his rear, eyeing us. "What were you two doing in here?" Juyeon questioned, I stood up, so did Sunwoo, dusting myself. "The door closed on us." I answered, Eric folded his arms. "Am I supposed to believe that?" He asked, Juyeon yawned. Sunwoo walked past me, bumping his shoulder. "Get some pussy before you confront me."
