My name was Milaia. I was born in the Kingdom of Bieno, one of six kingdoms. A few time ago, I discovered I was actually the lost princess of the Kingdom of Crescendo. And, since then, everything has gone out of control.

We all knew the story.
The tree of life had been the first living thing to exist on earth.
Its branches created the rest of our world.
Of course, no one believed it really existed. It was just a fable, a story our parents told us when we were children.
Just like the gods, we all believed in them, but no one was completely sure if they were real or not.
Supposedly, the tree of life could fulfill any wish.
When I say any wish, I mean any wish.
A man I once worked for told me that his grandfather, who came from the Kingdom of Tellus, had once told him that a man came to the tree, after a great adventure, and asked it to bring back to life his entire family whom he had lost in a plague. In the blink of an eye, his entire family was waiting for him as if nothing had happened.
The tree could defeat death.
For, in truth, death came from the tree.
Everything that was, is and will be in our world was because of the tree of life.
Sounds pretty good, doesn't it?
It's too good to be real if you ask me.
Of course, the magic tree also has its dangerous side. That was the part my mother, Elina, emphasized the most when she told me the story.
To get to it, a person had to pass many tests. Tests that could kill you in an instant. But in the face of desperation, one is capable of doing anything.
And so I was, desperate.
The kingdom I once called home was infested with creatures born of pure darkness.
Creatures that were barely contained with a dome that would soon give way. And when it did, because it was going to, all the realms would be in danger of being attacked by these dark beings.
And then there was Russell...
