Deeks pov
"I think I know what the dream was.....you dreamt you were a potato and all the rest of the team were other vegetables and they were eating you."
She joked. It was really funny so we both laughed, until I said
Deeks- " What, no and I think someone has been watching too many vegetales"
Kensi- " What nooo, you know I don't watch vegetales it's not even my type of show to watch."
Deeks- " Anyways as I was saying before the dream was....( the dream- read chapter one over if you forgot)"
After I told her the dream I was afraid of what she might think but I was tired of being scared of what she might say, I had to take this step now and Ryan seemed to like her so there was nothing stopping me from making my move.
Kensi- " Hmm, guess that dream was a bit better than being eaten by a vegetable but hmm, I would like to hear how the rest of that dream went.
Deeks- "Well we can find out, I can pick you up at about seven tomorrow and we will see then. Kens honestly, I have been wanting to tell you all of this for the longest time and I wanted to so badly but I was afraid of what you might say and what could happen between us. So take this next step with me, we can figure out where this goes and if it doesn't work it's fine, we can move on but I really wanna give this a fair shot, so what do you say?"
Kensi- " Hmmm, if I am being honest, I feel the same but I dont think this is the right time, I mean I just found out you had a kid today, that might be too fast for me."
When I heard those words my heart began to break but I accepted it, as I was about to say something she interupted me
Kensi- " you should see your face right now, it is priceless. Im just kidding, of course we can see where this thing goes, I just want to take this slowly and keep it on the down low until we know what is going on, you know?"
Deeks- " I agree. But can I just take this thing off your face quickly" with that I sneakily kissed her on her cheek and she smiled and then kissed me on my lips and of course I kissed her back.
Kensi pov
We walked back to meet everyone else and by this time mosquitoes came out and started biting us so we jumped into the car and I drove everyone back home while we sang a ton of songs and listened to Deeks try to rap in Portugese, when I played this one song my mom, dad and I used to sing all the time when we went on road trips. I looked at my mom and she smiled with a bit of tears pooling in her eyes, but they were happy tears.
Back at home
*Kensi and Deeks texting*
Kensi- hey I made it home safely
Deeks- thank god, we can't have anything happening to you before tomorrow
Kensi- of course not that won't be fair now would it?🤔
Deeks- no it won't 😂😂
Kensi- where are you taking me anyway
Kensi- and what is the plan for tomorrow, I wanna know I am too anxious🥴
Deeks- Well if I tell you it won't be a suprise now would it?🤔
Kensi- well can i have a hint atleast👀
Deeks- no <3
Deeks- but get some rest we have a fun night tomorrow.
Kensi- fine, good night Deeks.
*End of Texting*
Kensi pov
That night I slept like I never slept before, it was a peaceful sleep. Until I dreamt about the guy again, and you are probably thinking well so cute she is dreaming about Deeks, no. It was wierd but ever since last Thursday when I went to the supermarket and saw this wierd guy watching me I have been having dreams that he is going to kidnap me, kill me and the worst thing is he gets away with my murder. It is just a dream but it isn't the dream that really scares me, it is the fact that there is always a possibility that it could happen for real and that always manages to send chills down my spine.
Eventually I fall sleep but in my sleep I can't help but feel as if someone was watching me.
HIS pov
She slept ever so soundly with her brown wavy hair laying on the opposite side of her while the moonlight peered into her room, which added to her beauty, sleeping so soundly after such a fun daynwith Detective Deeks and everyone else. Oh, your beauty is like no other Special Agent Kensi Blye. One day you will be mine and we can be happy together. We won't even have to worry about Deeks and his wierd name, I mean come on Kens who names their child Deeks. But for now, no one can know about us, not now, not yet. So I snuck off into the night before someone saw me, to return another day for what is mine, HER.
