In when a total of 23 contestants joins mnet's I-LAND, one of them being a Japanese girl named Sato Hana.

"Are they a thing now?" He mumbles to himself, feeling a weird hole in his stomach. Heeseung stares for a little longer and see's Hana's concerned expression and an unresponsive Sunghoon.
With that, he walks into the room, straight away making eyecontact with Hana. "What's wrong?"
"I think he passed out."
Heeseung's eyes slightly widened, quickly running over to the two to kneel beside them. He presses his hand against the boys forehead, looking straight at Hana.
"He has a fever." She says, Heeseung nodding along. "Let's bring him to the medical room okay?"
She nods and the girl carefully unwraps Sunghoon's arms that went around her, Heeseung taking one arm and putting it around his shoulders.
The two hold him up while standing, the boys feet dragging against the floor.
"I'm, im not tall enough."
Heeseung glances at Hana and holds back a laugh. "Okay we'll carry his feet too."
They both put a hand under his legs and carry him up. They shuffle out of the room and walk a couple steps down the hall, thanking whoever was up there that the medical room was the closest room to that specific practice room.
Heeseung gently kicks the ajar door open, slightly scaring the doctor. "Oh my what's happened?"
The two lay the boy down on the bed. "I think he's overworked himself too much." Hana comments, the doctor looking up at her. "Knowing that you've come into my office exactly like this man for the same reason more than once, I'll take your word for it for now."
Heeseung just glances at Hana, wondering how the last couple of years have been for her. "I'll look after him here, you two can leave."
"Bu-."
"I'll take care of him Hana. Don't worry."
She stops herself from saying anything and nods, turning around to follow Heeseung out of the room. "What happened?" Heeseung asks while walking down the hall, the girl stuck in thought beside him.
