In when a total of 23 contestants joins mnet's I-LAND, one of them being a Japanese girl named Sato Hana.

"Oh, yes sir what's wrong?"
Si-hyuk smiles. "You know I've supported you along your journey and praise you for your continuous growth." He smiles, the girl nodding.
Jay looks at the two before quietly leaving the room, needing to desperately use the bathroom.
"There's been an issue where you weren't supposed to join part 2. Something to do with other directors saying they never intended to let you in in the first place. Am I right?"
Her heart dropped. As well as the other contestants that listened. "Y-yes that's right sir."
He just sighs. "I'm so sorry you had to hear something so disgusting. I never even knew about it. Thanks to your buddy Jay I fixed that outrageous issue."
She looks up. "What?"
"Oh yeah. Jay came in and started yelling at the top of his lungs about how disappointed he was in everyone. He said all kinds of words and even said that if you were eliminated because of your gender, he'll leave with you."
Hana just stood there shocked. "Wait really?"
"Yeah his voice never shook. He was very clear. I think my sudden presence after his speech scared him a bit but because of him I was able to fix everything."
She didn't even know what to say at this point. "I only wanted to speak with you because of that and to let you know you can always speak to me." He smiles down at her before looking at the peaking contestants.
"You guys can too." He chuckles, some of them tripping over themselves and quickly bowing. "Now, it seems like you were about to enter the nurses office, is something up?" He asks, opening the door beside them.
"Oh.. my throat just hurts a bit. I'm fine though." She bows slightly, walking into the room. "Doctor if she needs some rest, give it to her." He smiles, saying a final goodbye before leaving the room.
"Hi Hana."
"Oh my god you scared me." He says silently, her throat already hurting too much to shout. "You're working here too?" She asks, seeing the same doctor/family friend from ILAND.
"Yeah basically. They just shift me and the crew around with you guys." He chuckles, watching the girl sit on the bed.
"Now what seems to be the problem?"
