Jungwon glanced over at Hana.
He wished she could just scream, just explain why her mind wasn't on the performance. But she never did.
"This elimination will be different."
Hana's head popped up, as well as the contestant beside her, Hanbin.
"We will have an extra challenge, in where you pick any type of performance to convince the judges and world on why you should stay here on Iland, and be brought into the finals."
'For fucks sakes if you want to eliminate me just do it already'
Both Hanbin and Hana looked at each other before looking back at the judges. "You will have 48 hours to pick and practice your piece before the performance. Wish you both the best of luck."

"Don't You miss it when you used to say things like "holy coconut lamingtons" or whatever when startled?"
Hana, who sat at the piano, side eyed her bestfriend. "Why would I ever miss that. It's so cringey." She says, looking back at her iPad that sat on the piano sheet stand.
"Well to me it was funny. But I liked how the reason you did all that was to simply make your brother laugh. You didn't care if it was cringey back then, you quite literally made it a default for you to say that just so your brother would find small moments of laughter."
"Wow wow buddy, don't drop a biography on me next."
Jay covered his eyes and sighed with a smile, looking at his best friend joke to cope with the actual meaning of his message.
"I wish I could take you back in time to before iland." He confesses, causing the girl to turn around and look at him. "You'd want to experience this again?"
"Hell no. But I wish I could've shielded you better from all the shit that's happened."
Hana Just sat there, staring at Jay with this weird feeling in her stomach. "That's not your job Jay. You know that. You're here for you, not for me."
"I know it's not my job. But you do that unconsciously for me. I wish I could do that for you." Jay mumbled, his knees up to his chest on the cushioned bench, his gaze drifting off into the unknown.
Hana immediately frowned at his words, slowly getting off the piano stool and going to sit right beside him. "You know you do that and so much more for me Jay. I'm being completely honest when I say I don't think I'd be here without you."
