Stoned Heartening Strikes: Heartbreaks. (Sky x Bf/ Keith

Chapter One: Visiting and Bonding.

Keith was staring at the mystifying girl in complete shock. His entire world seem to come to a standstill and freeze. Like Keith, Miku was staring at the girl in complete, penetrating, mind consuming fear. Both of the siblings couldn't speak from the sheer horror and dread of the news. Their knees were trembling, and they were shaking. Once Keith came to terms with what was just announced by this peculiar individual, that's when he truly began to fret. He takes a few seconds to compose himself, taking a long, deep breath, and begins to talk. "W-what happened to her...?" He inquires, his voice still trembling nervously, but not nearly as bad as before. The girl eyes him with sympathy, sighing, and putting her hands on the shorter boy's shoulders. "I'm one of her friends.... From what the doctors told me, she said she'd been feeling ill.... And according to her, she was cleaning up her home, when she felt increasing chest pain, and she collapsed onto the ground. "

Miku gasps loudly, cupping her mouth with one hand, tears brimming in the corner of her eyes. As for Keith.... He was shaken to his core. Did Sky have a heart attack? No, that couldn't be it, from what he could gather, Sky felt fine before that, right? He was anxious... He may not be too fond of Sky at the moment, but she definitely didn't deserve something like this in any way, shape, or form. This moment is when the bluenette makes up his mind. He was going to visit her. He didn't care about what happened back then, or his resentment towards her. He needed to see if she was okay, he had to.... Keith thanked the girl for informing them as the siblings quickly rush off to their local hospital, leaving the her to ponder about the safety of her friend. She makes her way back home with a sad look on her face.

In the waiting room, Keith had a lot of time to reflect about what happened that day. It was... eventful, to say the least. I mean, I don't think a fangirl crucifying his then girlfriend could be considered boring. Even so, he thought about why she could've done it. It was then, that he remembered singing with her. In the first song, Sky's voice was energetic and happy. She looked happy to see him at the time too, given that he now knows he's Sky's idol. The memory makes him smile. He truly did enjoy singing that song, even if he didn't show it. Now, for the second song..... She looked genuinely worried... and in the third, she was enraged. He recalls Sky telling Cherry she stole him away from her. Why though.. He then remembers something that makes his heart drop at the mere thought of it. During the third song, Sky not only sounded enraged and angry, but also.... Afraid, desperate, even. Did he really mean that much to her...? As he tried to come up with an explanation for Sky's behavior, and a theory forms in his mind. What if Sky was just.... Lonely...? Very lonely...? It made sense, why she was so happy to see him, why she got so angry and nervous and the thought of losing him.... It was all because she had nothing else.

He knew it was only a speculation, and nothing more, but it was the only possibility he could think of, and he felt awful. He couldn't even begin to imagine the level of pain she suffered, being all alone for so long with only one thing that brings you happiness... even if they're out of your reach. And the level of sadness she must've felt when Keith and Cherry left her alone in that empty dimension with no one there for her.... It was just heartbreaking. Oh, what he would give to go back and time and fix that.... But he can't. As the singer starts to lightly cry, his sister wraps her arms around him in a comforting hug. "Thinking about her?" She strokes her younger brother's hair as he cries into her chest. "I left her, Miku.... She had no one and I...." Keith couldn't bare to finish the sentence. He felt too awful. "Shh... Miku soothes, rubbing his back, attempting to calm down her beloved younger brother. "She'll forgive you, I know she will... trust me." They both smile slightly.

Eventually, the pair is called in to see Sky, Miku letting her brother visit her first. He walks into her room, and sees a sleeping Sky on the hospital bed. She was snoring lightly, which made Keith start gushing. She was just... so cute... He reaches into his pocket, and takes out a teddy bear. He'd bought it for her. He gently lifts up Sky's arm, putting the teddy bear on her chest, and putting her arm back down softly. Keith sits beside her, just.... Gazing at her. He never realized Sky could be so cute... Wait, what? When did he start- Okay, he had to admit, Sky was cute. Really cute. But why was he realizing it now? Wait. No. No. No way. No way in hell. He wasn't gaining a crush on Sky, was he? Granted, he had been thinking of her since they met, but this.... Is a whole other level. He was so confused... He didn't know what to think.... But there was one thing he knew for certain. Sky needed someone, and that was his priority right now. He's made it his mission to fix things with her when she's awake. He wants to make sure he'll be able to bond with Sky while he still can. He'll make sure of it.

Keith started getting tired, but he didn't want to leave her. For some reason, he really wanted to stay.... So he lays his head down next to her bed, and within a few minutes, he'd fallen asleep right next to her. Sky might've been asleep, but she still felt he was there. His presence was warm, making her smile. Then, Miku comes into the room, only to stop and stare at the sight in front of her. Seeing her brother sleeping like that was so precious, it made her heart soar. She walks over, kissing Keith's head, putting a blanket around her brother and smiling at the precious moment. She turns off the light, and leaves the room, leaving the bluenettes peacefully sleeping. Before that, however, she says one thing.

"Sweet dreams, you two.... Sleep well.."
