The whole conversation took about 15 minutes to properly explain. He listened very intently, and nodded his head, as if this was nothing new for him. I felt horrible for him, as I knew this would make me doubt anything this person was saying, but he had such a face of calm, it started to scare me. What has happened to him that he wouldn't be thrown into complete and utter shock? What's wrong with me? Why would I do something so dishonest? I was an honest person, but I knew this wasn't right. That feeling of guilt had washed over me since we first got there.

At the end of the conversation, when questions were asked, and answered, he actually agreed to stay, and get to know her more. I was supprised,

"Are you sure? We don't want to force you to do anything that you don't want to do, out of a feeling of obligation," I said to him.

"No, I want to do this. Kate is an amazing girl, and I would love to get to know her more." He said while looking at her.

I looked back and forth between them. Maybe I had just done it, maybe I have put two people together, and maybe just maybe, they would be alright. I clapped my hands together and begun to slide out of the booth,

"Well, now that everything is sorted out, I hope you guys enjoy everything, and please have fun. Okay?"

They nodded their heads in agreement, and as I was slipping out, I grabbed my phone and replaced it with Kate's phone. I head back over to the table where Jace sat at, and I noticed that he was pretending he was playing games on his phone. I sat down, looked up, and gave a sad smile.

"Hey, I'm sorry about what happened back there. I just had to straighten some things up, and.." I didn't get a chance to finish my sentence though, as he had cut me off.

"You know if you liked him, you could have just said so, and we could have avoided all this trouble and confusion."

"Why would you think I like him?"

"I don't know, you just seemed so worried about what was happening over there, and you weren't paying much attention about what was happening right in front of you."

I just looked at him, I didn't know that was how he felt, and I wish he would have told me sooner. I got up, moved a chair right next to him, and sat down next to him. I found his hand and grasped it.

"Do you want to know why I was so worried about what was happening over at that table?"

He nodded his head, and then I began.

I told him what had happened in the beginning, my Instagram and Twitter, my Kik, and how he got it. How I text him, and he wanted to meet up. How I foolishly sent my friend instead, and how I met him. How I was so concerned, not because I liked him, but because I was worried about my best friend. I told him about how horrible I felt, and I know never to do that again. That I would take a break from social media, and focus on tangible things, things I could touch and feel, and interact with. Things that weren't virtual.

At the end of it all he gazed so deep into my eyes, I thought he had gotten lost in them. He nodded his head and gave a small smile, and then pulled me in for a tight hug. He hugged me so tight, that I thought I was going to suffocate and die. He let me go, and looked me in the eye again.

"Thank you so much for you honesty, no one has really ever told me the truth before."

I looked at him before with disbelief in my eyes,

"Really? I don't understand why they don"t."

"They think I'm too fragile, and would get really hurt if they told me the whole truth."

Looking down, I found our hands still intertwined, and gave his hand a tight squeeze.

"I think that honesty is very important. That is number three in a relationship. Second is trust, and first love or like."

"Well, I'm glad that we are in a relationship." He said with a sly smile on his face.

"Who says?"

He looked me so deep in my eyes again, I felt the butterflies just fluttering around in my stomach. He looked down unsure of what to say and then looked up again with more confidence.

"I do," He says.
