After finishing things up in the cafe, both me and Jace, and Kate and James, said goodbye to each other for now. Kate and James giving each other a nice handshake, and both of them blushing really deeply. Me and Jace had walked to the door together, he took hold of my hand and lifted it to his lips and kissed it, then with him wrapping one hand around my waist, he pulled me too him for a hug. As we were hugging he gave me a quick kiss on the forehead, and whispered in my ear,

"See you later beautiful."I blushed a deep red, and he smiled down at me.

Waving a goodbye at both of our guys, Kate and I walked out the door. She turned and looked at me,

"Thank you," She said to me.

"For what?" I asked her.

"For introducing me to James, he's a really special guy. I'm really glad I met him, and he's really kind and sweet. If it weren't for you meeting him, then I wouldn't have met him, so.. Kinda thanks for meeting him and lying and bringing him here today."I looked at her with a bright expression on my face, and embraced her with a tight hug."Of course, it's no big deal, and you're welcome." I said to her.

After walking down the street for a little while, we finally ran into our cars, her's first and mine being down the road. We said one final goodbye and a see you later, then turned our separate ways. I finally found my car in a parallel parking spot, which is way harder than you think, and then proceeded to open my door. I swirled in and then put my key in ignition, and then drove off.

When I got home I got a Kik message, as I turn my phone off when I'm driving, and I opened it. I finally looked at the sender and realized it was from James. Wondering the nature of his text I opened it.

Kidjunior8: Hey

Crazymatthews: Hey, what's up?

Kidjunior8: Thanks for introducing me to Kate, she's really an amazing girl, and I loved to get to know her.

Crazymatthews: Yeah no problem, but I think I should be thanking you for not being so mad about it.

Kidjunior8: At first I was, but then when you explained it in more detail, I wasn't so mad about it anymore.

Crazymatthews: Oh okay.

Kidjunior8: So, hows you and that guy going?

Crazymatthews: Why do you want to know? And you do know that if you hurt Kate, I will kill you right?

Kidjunior8: Yes, I know the whole routine thing of the girl kills the dude, got it.

Crazymatthews: So you've dated people before?

Kidjunior8: Yes I have, have you?

Crazymatthews: Not many, but from the way you say that it makes me think that you've dated a lot of people.

Kidjunior8: Not many..

Crazymatthews: What does not many mean?

Kidjunior8: Maybe 6 or 7 girls.

Crazymatthews: 6 or 7????!!

Kidjunior8: ? What's the problem?

Crazymatthews: That's a lot of people. I've never dated that many people.

Kidjunior8: That's not a lot, and how many have you dated?

Crazymatthews: Maybe 3, I think now 4.

Kidjunior8: See you've almost dated as much as me.

Crazymatthews: Not really.

Kidjunior8: Yeah you have, the numbers are almost the same.

Crazymatthews: See the problem is, people can't really be measured in numbers, you measure them by the memories, or the experiences you've had with them, so when you say 6 or 7, that's 6 or 7 peoples memories that are in your head. That's 6 or 7 people you felt feelings for and have been together with. Those people have made an impact on your life, and that cannot be measured in numbers.

Kidjunior8: Wow, i've never thought about it in that way.

Kidjunior8: That's a really good way to think about things.

Crazymatthews: Thanks, but you still haven't answered my question.

Kidjunior8: ???

Crazymatthews: Why do want to know how me and that one guy are doing? You barely know me.
