"Lia, baby wake up." Lisa said waking up her princess.
"Please, mommy. Let me sleep for some more time." Lia whined and pulled up the duvet.
"No no. You have school today. Get up." Lisa sat on the bed, beside Lia and pulled down the duvet.
Lia sat on Lisa's lap and wrapped her little hands around Lisa's hips. Lisa smiled and hugged her back.
"Mommy, please. Let me take a day off from school. I'm not in the mood for school." She pouted and looked at Lisa with her puppy eyes.
"Your eyes won't work, baby. Wake up and get ready for school." Lisa said and left a kiss on Lia's forehead.
"Fine.." Lia jumped from her lap and walked towards the washroom with an adorable pout.
Lisa watched her in adoration. Lia really remined her of someone, who she misses the most now.
She sighed remembering the bitter past and went to get ready for her work.

Lisa breathed heavily because she ran up the stairs. She was late for work and didn't have the time to wait for elevator. Hoping that she wouldn't get scolded by her boss, Kim Taehyung, she went to her cabin.
The telephone on her cabin rang as soon as she settled on the chair.
"Hello, sir." She tried to to stutter and greeted him.
"Come to my office." He said with a deep, husky tone and hung up, without even waiting for her reply.
She hoped that he won't fire her. It will be very hard for her to find another job and she has to take care of her daughter too.
She held the knob of his cabin door, nervously and knocked on it.
"Come in." His voice was heard.
Lisa sighed nervously and opened the door, "Good morning, sir." She greeted and smiled, walking close to his table.
"Morning." He said and looked away from the laptop, "Do you have any explanation for being late today?" Taehyung asked and leaned back on his chair.
"Ac-actually sir, My daughter missed her school bus and I had to drop her at school." Lisa explained.
"Don't you have your husband to do that?" He asked.
"Ye-yeah. He is a little busy. Tha-that's it." She replied hoping that he wouldn't catch her lie.
"If you repeat this again, then I won't forgive you." Taehyung warned.
"Sorry, sir." She looked down.
"Go now." Lisa nodded and quickly rushed out of the cabin.
"Why is he always so mad?" She mumbled to herself and walked to her cabin.
Taehyung watched her leaving and leaned his head back. His uncontrollable love for her was making him mad. Yes, Taehyung loves Lisa. He fell in love with her when he saw her on the first day of work. She was beautiful, hardworking and kind too. He thought to make her his' and lead a happy life.
