With the arrival of the newest director of the organization and his own entourage it had been ridiculously easy to subdue the rest of Kraus' makeshift army. Thus the second war waged between humans and the Mioddiavions came to a relatively peaceful end. Unlike the previous conflict, this one was resolved with relatively low casualties. This included damages towards the surroundings, seeing as Azazel had acquiesced to their demands to keep the fight away from the city. And all the needed to do was agree to completely relinquish Robert Kraus' punishment to the Arcobaleno.
Which was really, a small price to pay to maintain the safety and peace of the rest of the country's inhabitants.
Although unbeknownst to the humans, Azazel would have mandated that the fight be held in a deserted location regardless of whether or not they took the initiative. However, this was technically war and so why would you give your opponent an edge? This way not only was she able to prevent innocents being dragged into the fight, but she even got more from the deal.

"You wanted to see me gentlemen?"
Azazel suppressed the urge to roll her eyes as the group of men standing behind the man seated across her valiantly tried to maintain their poker faces. Honestly, they were the ones who approached her with the offer. The least they could do was actually go through with the negotiations without wasting too much of her time.
'Well,' The Meister remarked silently, as she appraised the rather passable calm poker face the new director was sporting. 'at least one of them has potential.'
"That we did," He acknowledged, nodding his head politely at her, all the while maintaining direct eye contact. Despite her calm façade Azazel had to give it to the man. He was one of the few who managed to meet her eyes without showing any physical signs of fear or being unnerved. She still wasn't sure if that made him brave or just stupid.
"Although, we regret to inform you that we didn't do it to simply chat over tea." This time Azazel was unable to hold a soft snort, that would be the understatement of the century. "We'd like to propose a deal."
The teen stared back at the man in front of her evenly, her face giving away nothing as she gave a silent approval for him to continue.
The man; a Thomas Brown, if she recalled correctly, looked like he would rather be anywhere but but he forged on.
"After your... declaration a few days ago we were finally made aware of the letter you had sent to the previous head of that branch—"
"And?"
The man let out a nervous gulp.
"And after thoroughly examining the terms you had mentioned in the letter we decided that it would be beneficial to the both of us if we reached a more amicable conclusion to this whole debacle."
"Oh?" Reborn intoned softly from his spot on her right, tipping his fedora slightly to aim a look at the man, one that spoke of both curiosity and warning at the same time. "Did you?"
A terrified look crossed Brown's face, before Aurelio interjected from her left.
"Now, now Reborn, you're scaring the poor man." The half-Asian man spoke appeasingly at the hitman. "After all, he still needs to tell us exactly what this deal is." The soothing tone a contradiction to the expression he wore, narrowed violet eyes deliberately piercing through the room's occupants. Who visibly began to tremble at the force of the menacing gazes sent by two of her three companions, admirably Brown had still managed to produce a stack of papers which was quickly taken away by Vivien.
