"Just a young gun with a quick fuse
I was uptight, wanna let loose
I was dreaming of bigger things
And wanna leave my old life behind
Not a yes-sir, not a follower
Fit the box, fit the mold
Have a seat in the foyer, take a number
I was lightning bef...

The two scientists and the five warriors take the RV to the Bifrost site where Jane and Thor have flown off to. When arriving at the spot in the middle of the desert, the group piles out of the vehicle and makes their way over to Thor, who is standing in the middle of the burnt marking in the sand. The Asgardian prince looks up to the sky and calls out, "Heimdall, open the Bifrost. Heimdall? Heimdall!" The blonde walks over to the others and says, "He doesn't answer."
The group looks around as Hogun states the obvious, "Then we are stranded."
Thor looks back up to the sky and shouts to the golden eyed Asgardian, "Heimdall! If you can hear me, we need you now! Heimdall! We need you now!" When no answer comes, Thor calls out the Asgardian's name one more time, "Heimdall!"
Freya walks up to the blonde prince and places her hand on his shoulder before she dejectedly speaks, "Thor..." The dark haired beauty trails off as the Bifrost begins to open. The four Asgardian warriors smile in relief before they rush over to the center of the burnt marking in the sand. Freya squeezes Thor's shoulder and gives him a smile of encouragement when she sees Jane walking over to them. The Goddess of Love follows after her friends as the astrophysicist stops in front of the blonde prince.
The God of Thunder pulls Jane closer to him and informs her, "I must go back to Asgard, but I give you my word, I will return for you." Thor lifts up Jane's hand and leaves a lingering kiss upon it. The two stare into one another's eyes as he adds, "Deal?" Without saying another word, Jane pulls Thor into a heated goodbye kiss.
When the two pull away from each other, Jane stares up at Thor and responds, "Deal." They smile at each other before Thor turns and walks over to the other Asgardians. Jane and the other two scientists watch him walk away and they watch the Asgardians be pulled up through the Bifrost.
When the six warriors enter the golden dome of the Bifrost, they see Heimdall passed out by the pedestal. Thor points at the fallen Asgardian and instructs the others, "Get him to the healing room!" Volstagg pulls the sword out as the other four Asgardians kneel beside Heimdall. They all look at Thor as he mutters while jogging out of the gold dome, "Leave my brother to me."
Freya gets up and follows after Thor as she shouts, "I'm coming with you."
Thor glances over his shoulder at the dark haired beauty and replies without halting in his footsteps, "No, Freya. You need to stay with the others and take Heimdall to the healing room."
The Goddess of Love lets out a scoff as she retorts, "Volstagg, Fandral, Hogun, and Sif can take care of Heimdall just fine without me. They don't need me." The blonde prince halts in his steps and turns around to face Freya, who gives him a harsh stare, "Wherever you go, I go. It's been like that since childhood and I'm not stopping now. I followed you to battle many times, I followed you when you did numerous reckless things, and I even followed you when you were banished. There is nothing you can say or do that will make me stay here." Thor opens his mouth to say something when Freya abruptly cuts him off, "Loki betrayed me as much as he betrayed you. He's like a brother to me and it hurts knowing what he has done."
