Just so there's no future confusion here's a timeline ( I guess) of events in the twin's lives.

Age 3- Their dad was killed
Age 4- Izuku got his quirk and Inko started abusing him.
Age 5- Izuki got his quirk and Izuku killed their grandparents.
Age 7- Inko met Yagi
Age 8- Inko and Yagi got married
Age 9- E̸r̸r̸o̸r̸: E̸v̸e̸n̸t̸ n̸o̸t̸ f̸o̸u̸n̸d̸
Age 10- The boys are not the same and Izuki starts training with Yagi.
Age 11- Inko's abuse starts getting worse.
Ages 12-13- E̸r̸r̸o̸r̸: E̸v̸e̸n̸t̸s̸ n̸o̸t̸ f̸o̸u̸n̸d̸
Age 14- E̸r̸r̸o̸r̸: E̸v̸e̸n̸t̸s̸ n̸o̸t̸ f̸o̸u̸n̸d̸

Izuku silently lay in bed staring blankly at the wall. He hated himself for making the people he cares about cry again. He was always causing them problems and being a burden.

Izuki brushed through his hair as he quietly hummed to him. Aizawa entered the room and Izuku looked away out of shame and guilt.

"Should we take him to the hospital or at least bring recovery girl here to make sure he's ok?" Aizawa suggested.

"No, all he needs is me by his side," Izuki mumbled.

"Alright," Aizawa sat on the bed and patted Izuku's leg "How are you feeling?"

Izuku just buried his face in the covers and Izuki patted his head.

"He said he's ok...he doesn't want to speak...He's scared to face you," Izuki said the last part though Izuku told him not to.

Regardless Izuku did nothing, he can't stop Izuki from doing or saying anything. He won't stop him. He'd let Izuki do whatever he wanted no matter what. Even if Izuki threatened his life he'd never have the heart to go against him.

"Izuku I'm not upset, with either of you, I just want to know what happened. Why were you two there? I just want to know that you're not doing anything that can get you hurt." Aizawa frowned.

Izuki sighed, "I guess it wouldn't benefit us to keep this a secret now. We're in danger and now you probably are too."

"What do you mean?" Aizawa asked.

"For a while now Izuku sneaks out to follow you and keep you safe. We got attached to you...and we don't want to lose anyone else." Izuki started.

"I- wow ok, I can understand that but it's still dangerous. Look I care about you boys too but I am a pro. I can take care of myself so you don't need to worry." Aizawa told them.

"But we do, there's more that I need to tell you," Izuki told him.

"Like what?" Aizawa asked.

This time Izuku sat up and looked at Izuki shaking his head.

"No, don't please don't. We can't involve him. I don't want to involve him. It's not safe, Izuki please don't tell him." Izuku signed as he panicked.

"I'm sorry Izu but it's too late, he's already involved. If we don't tell him it'll only put him in more danger." Izuki told him.

Izuku just looked away dejectedly and laid back down. He turned away from them both and looked at the wall.

I want kacchan...I want Shochan...I want papa...I hate this. I don't want to be in danger anymore.

Izuki frowned seeing Izuku upset and turned back to Aizawa sighing.
