Secrets

Part 1

*Ring* I made my way through the class room doors and down a short hallway to the cafeteria and through another hallway that led to the doors out of the school. As I stepped outside the loud wind blew threw my long brown hair, I pushed my hair over my shoulder and started walking towards my house. The walk was lonely yet it gave me time to think.

I always hated the walk home because none of my friends lived on the same side of town as me. They all lived on the northern side of town while I lived on the east. My friends Natalie, Charlotte and Alex all lived around the same street and Alice lived a few blocks away from them.

As I walked to the steps of my house I got my key out and started to unlock the door, but suddenly it opened before I could even unlock the bottom lock of the door. "Jo! You're home!" my younger cousin chirped as I walked into the house. I could tell by the way she was acting she had a great day, me on the other hand probably had the most stressful day.

First of all my teacher got called in sick so we had the worst substitute ever. Second she could'nt even pronounce the name Jo. She thought I was a guy. It's not my fault my parents named me that. And third of all, we have so much friking homework that's all due tomorrow. "Jo. You there?" my aunts was waving her hand in front of my face. I guess I dozed off again.

"Yeah I'm here," I replied. "but I have lots of homework to do so can we talk later?" I ask her. "Yeah we can Jo, I'm happy to see that your actually doing your work this time."

Yes. I do live with my aunts because my parents have split up. Whatever I'm used to it. I've been with my aunty and both of my cousins for so long that I can't remember.
