Another long day at school will be continued today. At least it's friday!
I walked to my desk to see Alice, Alex, Charlotte all crowded around Natalie. "Hey! Jo come here!" Alice shouted at me. "There's a party at Logan's house tonight, do you wanna come with us?" Alex asked. I've never been a girl that went to party's so I thought I would go with my obvious answer and say no.
"No, sorry you guys." "Awe. Please come!" Charlotte pleaded. "Yeah, please come Jo, it won't be the same if you're not there!" they all said in unison. "Fine. But only for a while." I say with my hands on my hips. We all laughed at my "sassy" act. "Okay! We will be at your house tonight at 8:30pm." Alex tells me.
I just got home from school and I still have to tell my aunt that I'm going to a party. I walked down the hall from my room to see my aunt watching tv. "Aunty, can I go to a party tonight with Alice, Alex, Charlottle and Natalie?" I asked/begged her. "Yeah I guess, but just try to stay out of trouble okay?" "Yes I will stay out of trouble!" I chirped back at her.
I ran to my room and chose my outfit for the night. I was going to wear my dark blue leggings with my black tank top and jean jacket. I've never worn this outfit because I never had a reason to, but I guess I do now. I slowly did my makeup and decided to wear my converse because I've never walked in high heels before.
*Ding-Dong* I ran down to the door and open it to see Natalie spinning the car keys around her one finger in a swift motion. "Ready?" she asks. She was wearing a red dress and fancy red heels. "Yes I sure am!" I reply to her with a mix of excitement and terror. "You sound nervouse." "Well I am. It's my first high school party."
As I get into the car I chose to sit in the back seat with Alice and Charlotte while Natalie drove and Alex say in the front next to her. Charlotte was wearing a fancy green dress with a blue stripe at the waist and Alice wore a purple and pink dress with a little bow on the waist. They all looked so perfect, I guess they have been to a party before.
As we arrived and were let into the house I saw a boy that was just about average height but a bit taller standing against the wall.
