Synopsis: Luis Ortega is quite alright living his life, most people would think the contrary since he lives on the streets, but he has his own place with roof where he lives with his best friend Tandy, he makes good money with his tech business working with people around that needs help and his friend also makes good money...even her ways are more questionable, but someone soon will clash with their lives that will make them question their world and life
Content: This one is going to be a short book, I'm planning on maybe having 18 or 20 chapters on it and of course with its "About..." post and Cast post as well.
(A/N:This book will serve as an introduction to my OC with also Cloak & Dagger, I will be going through the two seasons of the show but without going too deep unless the event is important, but not because the show was boring or something, let me clarify that because this show was good it even was a success with critics, it had the feel of the Netflix shows but with a lil more spark (maybe because it was supposed to be targeted for teenagers) so it was a nice addition, I hope the MCU call on the main actors to reprise their roles in the future as they were a good cast for them)

A/N: This book was announced on my "The Prince and the Spiderman" book as I was trying to figure out to make Cloak & Dagger part of that universe which turned into a hard task on my brain giving that I'm already combining that universe with the Netflix shows and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (basicaly this goodies that are not canon anymore), but then the idea of creating a universe for this and Runaways hit me and then I add other thing to the idea and this universe was set to be created and will be safe and ready to interact with the Vizier Universe without make that universe too crowded with characters
I know this may look lackluster having only one book for Phase One of this one and the ones that knew about this one probably are wondering about what will happen to "Virus", well that book will happened but much later on as I will relate it and connect it with "Vizier Universe" too but much later and as part of the Phase Two, but this one will be the first to develop before going to crash his big brother's party.
