Giving birth to Patrick:

After doing my marathon of "The Defenders" shows, I knew I wanted to do an OC for Matt Murdock right the way after the two seasons of "Daredevil", but then after seeing "Iron Fist" (which in chronological order the first season comes before the crossover) I wanted one for Danny Rand as well, because the actor was already a crush for me since "Game of Thrones", but this book go beyond just a ship which I'm fine with, I mean the fact that started like that and slowly turned into a book about a team forming with splashes of romance with the ship is very okay for me and is basically how my books naturally go lol

I didn't had a clear idea yet of what kind of charater I wanted for Matt, so I decided to dive deep into Danny and I already decided on a character having "dance fight" abilities kinda like the girl from "Jumanji" film, but much better develop on that characteristic, also after reading a bunch of Superhero OCs books, I realize how we authors subconciously always make our characters like overpowered, so I wanted a character more hmm....not weak, but like easy to relate power wise? Someone that could be like Black Widow, Hawkeye, Daredevil, Elektra and have that vibe of like a "street heroe" like the character of those shows

And that is how Patrick was born, as for choosing a faceclaim, Luke Newberry came to me during the search of faceclaims and even he seemed somehow popular for faceclaim on Wattpad (mostly for Harry Potter books because he was supposed to play Lupin's son but got cut out from the film) I decided on him, he was on the right age to be with Danny's character and gave those vibes of like awkward but sweet dude which is very on character for Patrick, also I wanted a red haired actor to keep on the variety that I like to present on faceclaims.

Part 1 (ZUTTER) of the book:

I will leave the "Prologue" for last so I can explain it with the "Epilogue". Anyway, for this part it was just a way to introduce Patrick and I go for the route of the villains from the same vein of "Daredevil" and "Luke Cage" with like the drug business and the corrupt cops, the enemy I encountered while investigating the character of Patrick's best friend Dwayne and is part of the villains "Night Thrasher" fights with but it's kinda a minor deal, so I thought it was good for the first villain and to like put the pieces together about how Patrick meets Danny and Luke and they start to work together somehow, nothing much to say here as everything came out as I was planning for this part.
