You sat aside from the rest of the crew at the new years party, your eyes were locked on famous ladies man Jim Kirk. He was just that a ladies man, you weren't even sure if he would like you a guy? Your feelings were indisputable though, no one on the Enterprise knew you were gay and they certainly didn't know that you were head over heals for him. The song Firework by 21st century artist Katy Perry started to play. You watched Jim dance with the third bimbo of the night and something inside you came to life. Slowly you edge your way up and across to him. He barely noticed you until you gently lifted his jaw up so you could kiss him. His kiss was just like you imagined, soft and delicate. "Y/n?" "Jim I'm in love with you," "I am to," those words took you completely off guard but you loved hearing it from his lips.
