Closing And Opening Chapters

I sat at my table in the mess and observed Will before me. His eyes twitched from one datapad to some handwritten notes and back and he nervously chewed on his lips. His leg bobbed underneath the table shaking it a little and I couldn't help but sigh. I placed a hand on his and he sighed loudly before looking at me unsure.

"It's going to be okay." I said and he nodded and smiled at me even though it looked more strained than anything else. "Hey, Mom, can we-" We were ripped out of our silent conversation by Impulse. Ever since First had called me his mom they had began doing it as well. Maybe out of fun or anything else but I could tell they liked doing it. "Impulse, are you teasing me again?" I grumbled nonetheless but he just innocently shrugged.

"As long as we don't have to call Cody Dad..." Crash mumbled and I choked on my own saliva. I was glad that Will didn't seem to notice as he was too occupied with his papers anyways. "Who is calling me Dad?" Cody's voice boomed from behind and everyone flinched. "Nobody." Edge growls and rolled his eyes while ramming his elbow in Crash's side. "Good, because there is just one person who is allowed to call me Daddy. Isn't that right, sweetheart." He pressed his lips on my forehead and I coughed loudly still trying to find any form of composure. "Are you okay, Sir?" Will suddenly asked and I nodded and he looked over to Cody suspiciously before gathering his things together and left. Sometimes I was rather glad he was oblivious to Cody's advances or he simple ignored it.

"Stop flirting with me. You know as well as me that that won't work." I hissed and grabbed my tray as well and walked away, but couldn't walk so far as Cody grabbed it from me and gave it to another startled trooper.

"Don't even think about it." I grumbled as his hands snaked up my hips to my waist. "You are making me go insane." He mumbled and I could just stare in these brown orbs of his and I melted in his grip. "What happened to let's keep it a secret and low-key?" I asked and he huffed. "I can't help myself. You are just doing this thing to me." He mumbled and draw closer what made me lift my chin up as well. "I'm not doing anything. You are the one that touches me all the time. It's irritating and I loose my train of thou-hmpf."

He does the unthinkable. He actually kissed me in front of everyone. Cody pressed his lips on mine in the full mess, with clones staring at us. I struggle in his grip and try to get away but his hands are like steel around my waist. And then his fingers sneak underneath my shirt ever so slightly and I loose every common sense left in me. His lips are excruciatingly slow, teasing me all the way. The thing that got to me however where his stupid hands that just knew how to get me all hot and bothered. A throat clearing ripped me out of my daze and Cody pulled slightly away. Absolute silence in the whole mess but I didn't dare to look at anyone. I must look really dumb because I can feel my flushed cheeks. My lips part to say something but it closes again as Cody brushes over my lip. And then there were loud cheers and a few bangs on the ground from feet trampling. Slowly Cody leans his forehead against mine and just stared at me for a moments longer. "Ups." That is all he had to say about the situation while I narrowed my eyes on him.

"Stop looking at me like that." I grumbled as his eyes darkened and he had this mischievous smirk on his lips. "Like what?" He grumbles but his eyes were fixed on my lips as I bit down on them. Suddenly he hovered over me even more and leaned in closer. "Stop biting you lip or I'll loose my mind and take you right here, right now." That man would someday drive me insane. I nodded slowly and let go of my lip. He relaxed slightly as well. Such a drama queen sometimes. "Hey, that is enough. We are still here you know!" Link mumbled and Edge grunts and pulls me away from Cody. In the next moment First giggled in my arms and a wall of men protects me from Cody, while the whole mess still cheers us on. Cub on the other hand was locked next to Cody in place and glared at Edge and the rest with the same spirit as Cody.
