After blowing up the Deathstar the rebels had to find a new location for their rebel base. Eventually they decided upon the remote icy
planet of Hoth. Meanwhile, Vader had become obsessed with discovering everything he could about the rebel who was responsible for the destruction of the Deathstar.
Eventually Boba Fett a bounty Hunter for hire returned with the information that he had obtained. "The rebel's name is Skywalker."
Vader mulled the name over in his head. If this boy's last name was Skywalker then that would mean that he was his son. "I have a son." He mutters to himself.
Soon it was time for Vader's meeting with the Emperor. He knelt in the middle of the room as he awaited the Emperor. Even after the image of the Emperor appeared Vader remained kneeling his head bowed until he was told to rise.
"What is thy bidding my master?"
"There is a great disturbance in the force."
"I have felt it."
"I have no doubt that the young rebel who blew up the Deathstar is the offspring of Anakin Skywalker."
"How is that possible?"
"Search your feelings you know it to be true. He could destroy us."
"He is only a boy. Obi-wan can no longer help him."
"The Force is strong with him. The Son of Skywalker must not become a Jedi."
"If he could be turned he could be a powerful ally."
"Yes. He would be a great asset. Can it be done?"
"He will join us or die master."
