After that fairly awkward moment, Albedo led her to the rooftop.

"Out of all the places, why here?" Tsuki complained, "You know, it's so boring here. And there are mosquitoes and—"

"Miss Tsuki," Albedo interrupted impatiently, "do try to compose yourself. You are forever complaining about... Everything."

'Psh. Is he my manager? Or my dad?' She thought, rolling her eyes as Albedo went off to order her a meal and a drink, telling her to stay at a table.

And, Tsuki being Tsuki, did the exact opposite.

The girl headed over to the balcony, leaning forward on the railing. She stared at the lights of the city and smiled. It was pretty. Looking around, she could make out a person drinking coffee, a car that looked like the latest Toyota brand, then she caught a glimpse of a Christmas tree being set up.

'Oh, yeah.. It's December.'

She craned her neck to watch them put the star up. But before she could enjoy watching them add the finishing touch, Albedo appeared.

"What in the devil's name are you doing?!" Albedo asked, evident panic imprinted on his voice, as he snatched the female away from the railing.

"I'm not a baby!" Tsuki said, feeling rather incensed.

"But you are my responsibility," Albedo snapped, his brows slightly furrowed.

She stared at him, distracted yet again.

"...Come on. You have to eat, then get some rest," Albedo said, his professional manner rising once more.

He led her to a table, where Tsuki ate salad and drank water, much to her dislike.

"If that's what I knew I was going to eat, I shouldn't have followed you here!" Tsuki complained again.

Albedo raised his eyebrows. "I'm under the impression that you don't want to follow your diet?"

"What do you think? Why don't you just take the hint and get lost?!" Tsuki shot, irritated.

Albedo remembered what Kazumi told him about how this woman spiraled through 20 different moods every day. So he decided to skip the lecture and just get it over with.

"If you want to take some rest, you can do so. I'll also get going if that's what you want," Albedo said, giving her a small smile. Tsuki stood silently, then she mumbled something.

"I.. did not catch that. My apologies," Albedo said.

"Um.. Can I have your number..? Y-you know, so I could call you..." She said, raising her voice slightly. Her request received another amused look from her manager.

"I-I mean— y-you're my manager! Right?!" Tsuki added, flustered, "I-it's for work purposes!!"

Damn it! Why was she stuttering so much? Did she suddenly develop neurogenic speech or something??

"Alright then," Albedo replied.

He gave her his phone number, telling her to call him when it was urgent. Then he left. She stared at his figure as he disappeared into the elevator. Then she slapped herself.

"Ow," she muttered, rubbing her cheek, "What's wrong with me?"

At the same moment, her phone dinged. So she checked it out.
