Brierson- this Is Love

chapter 8-rescue

At the warehouse Mr Ronald and his men are back

Mr Ronald: hello darling wake up he taps her

Pierson:where am I?

Mr Ronald: you forget a lot for 30 mins? Wow anyways get up we have to get to the jet we are going to Dubai right now for our honeymoon

Pierson: wdym honeymoon we aren't dating or married 

Mr Ronald: yh whatever shut up . He snaps his fingers and the two men pull her up 

Mr Ronald: don't worry Pierson you wouldn't ever regret this decision I love you ( he kisses her)

Pierson pulls her face away and begins to cry

The two men take her to the restroom

Man 1: the boss says you should put this on they throw her a casual gown  that covers all the bruises

Man 2: hurry up we are here waiting they close the door

Pierson pulls her clothes behind the door in case they were looking and puts on the dress she sees how her skin has been wounded and continues crying she was still in pain she knocks on the door and they take her to meet Mr Ronald

Mr Ronald: wow very beautiful good job boys now let's go we have to settle down before 9pm

They pick up 2 briefcases and lead the way down there is a car already waiting for them.

Meanwhile Brent and the police are just down the street they turn on their siren and begin shouting in their loud speaker this is the police do not move!

Mr Ronald: wait (they all stop) do you boys hear that

Man 1: hear what boss

Man 2: sounds like the police

Mr Ronald:(faces Pierson) what did you do!

Pierson: nothing I swear

PS they left her jacket and clothes in the rest room so the necklace wasn't with her

Mr Ronald: drive now! They all get in and the driver starts driving but luck wasn't on their side because immediately police cars surrounded the building and were all loaded with guns they told Brent to wait in the car

Officer: step out of the vehicle with your hands in the air I repeat step out of the vehicle

Mr Ronald Pierson and the three men all step out

5 officers run to them and chain them up they search the car and find the two briefcases one with money and the other with guns

They take Pierson away Brent sees her from the distance and runs out to meet her

Brent: Pierson!

Pierson turns and sees Brent running towards her she and the police man stop walking

Brent gives her a tight hug and spins her around

Brent:(crying) you scared the living crap out of me I was so worried what did they do to you he looks at her skin

Pierson:(starts crying)

Brent: it's okay it's fine let's go he hugs  her again

The police men take them all back to the station when they get there Pierson is asked to write a report on everything that happened she submits it and Brent is taking her to the  hospital

Officer: thank you Ms don't worry these men will be behind bars for a long time

Brent: I hope so come on Pierson let's go

Brent takes her to the hospital and she  is admitted

Pierson is on the hospital bed she has been sleeping for about 3 hours she wakes up and it's 2 am she sees Brent at the other side of the room sleeping uncomfortably on the chair
She smiles and goes back to sleep

In the morning
Brent: good morning Pierson how are you feeling

Pierson: a lot better thank you she sits up to eat her breakfast she rushes the food because she didn't it through out the previous day

Brent: do you need more let me go get some.
Brent rushes to get another plate for her

Pierson: thank you so much Brent for everything honestly what did I do to deserve you she says crying

Brent: don't cry Pierson you are barely recovered just lay down what are best friends for? He adjusts her pillow.

3 days later Pierson is discharged Brent and the Lexi's come to pick her up

Lexi r: omg Pierson! (She hugs her) I've missed you so much I have been so worried (still hugging her)

Lexi h: I'm so glad you're okay don't worry Gizmo has been in perfect hands (she hugs her again)

Pierson: thank you guys so much for everything i really appreciate it and I missed you girls too.

Brent: come on let's go home and have some lunch I'm sure you're starving

Pierson: yh I am thanks Brent
They help her get into the car and stop at McDonald's to get some lunch

At Pierson's apartment

Lexi r: I hope those filthy men get what they deserve honestly I'm so tired of people like that

Lexi h: actually! And young lady don't you ever try to be out of your home at 12am again!

Pierson: I'm pretty sure I've learned my lesson (she laughs)

Brent comes in holding a tray of 4 glasses of orange juice

Brent: here you guys go enjoy!

Them: thanks Brent

Pierson: if not for Brent I would have probably been a s** slave in Dubai right now  I'm so grateful God really loves me for giving me someone like him 

Lexi r: stopp that's so cute

Brent: don't mention it Pierson I wouldn't want to loose you

Pierson: oh I'm never going to stop thanking you

They all laugh

Lexi h and Brent leave because Brent hasn't been home in 4 days and Lexi has to go to the vet

So it's just Lexi r and Pierson. Pierson goes to sleep on the couch while Lexi watches Netflix on the TV
