Sometimes, words can hurt more than swords
Sometimes, spats can turn into wars
But are the small things really worth the large prize?
Or is that reward just a fight in disguise?
Reality cannot be without flaws
You expect perfection, but get caught in its jaws
You can't aim to be do perfectly like you plan
You can only expect to do as best as you can
I know, life can be like a rainy day
Everyone has times when they feel that way
But without both the sun and rain, nothing can grow
And without both the sun and rain, you can't spot a rainbow

You can't pick a rose without being spiked by its thorns
You can't have warmth without being burned
One thing may hurt as much as it can heal
It's something many need to learn

We'll all just do as best as we can
So, I sent version 1 of this to a friend after another friend destroyed her base in a Minecraft world and I tried to settle the fight and then she just got mad at me. Then I went back and made it into a song, so, I guess poetry can have weird causes!
