Don't be ashamed of those falling tears
Don't be ashamed of those hidden fears
You wipe those tears, cover those scars
Sometimes cages have no bars
You don't need onions to cry
You don't need wings to fly
Sorrow is something we all feel
Don't act like those feelings aren't real
They say they understand, but no one really can
With nothing else to do, you hid or you ran
But it doesn't have to be that way
Different feelings are no cause to stray
You don't need onions to cry
You don't need to ask why
Sorrow is something we all feel
Don't act like those feelings aren't real
So, don't give up, don't keep it inside
You don't need to stay, in your own feelings, tied
No one should have to face it alone
These problem aren't only your own
You don't need onions to cry
Sadness comes to all under the sky
Sorrow is something we all feel
Don't act like those feelings aren't real
So, yeah. . .I told my little sister to give me a random word and she said onions, and I made this. Basically it was a Saturday morning and I was bored and had nothing to do so I just wrote poems like crazy, I think a third of the poems on here are just from that one morning, but who knows?

PoetryI like writing songs and poems, some motivational, some just kinda random, but still meaningful. I hope to someday make the song-structured poems into songs someday, but we'll see. I hope you enjoy or learn something from these!
