after that last game, we all retired from the team, sadly. the boys were pretty upset about it, but it was bound to happen at some point. graduation was just around the corner, only in a few days time actually. I had decided to go to tokyo for university and room with a close friend of mine, kuroo tetsurou. he actually attended nekoma, the school karasuno faced off after us. he had also decided to go to tokyo seeing as his family lived on the outskirts of town. the two of us would buy an apartment and when our other friend, kenma kozume graduated he would join us and we would split the rent. shinsuke had decided that he didn't want to go to university and instead do something else. he wasn't sure what it would be yet, but he would always have my support. i walked down the different aisles of the dress shop, trying to decide what i wanted to wear to graduation,
"n/n, you should get this one!"
and of course the twins wanted to be included in it. i looked back at atsumu who held up the ugliest dress i think i've ever seen. It was ruffy and a very bright orange color,
"you're kidding right?"
"what- whaddya mean! I'm serious!
"'tsumu that has to be the ugliest thing i've ever seen."
"yeah, no kidding. that's horrendous."
osamu added in after me, quietly laughing to himself as atsumu walked away in defeat.
"here, n/n. try this one."
osamu handed me a dress that he'd found. this one was much more acceptable. it was a mint green dress that cut off just above the knees, it didn't have anything too special, it was simplistic. i went to the dressing room, leaning the crutches against the wall and slipped my clothing of and tying on the dress instead,
"yer' just mad because she liked mine and not yours."
"not true! mine was beautiful, n/n just didn't like it!"
