CHAPTER 5

After 2 years,

A girl is shown in business suit in an office talking in perfect English with the clients . As she turns, her face is shown which has a bright smile & sparkling eyes. Yes, she is Anika.

Anika :- Thank you, I hope you would like the decoration & if still there is any issue feel free to contact my secretary.

She shakes hands with the clients. Clients leaves. She stands up & looks from the floor length window outside towards Delhi city.

(Thinks) :- I never thought that I will leave Mumbai & shift to Delhi but it happened & now here I am in this city as people says "dil walon ki Delhi".

I am happy that I took that interview & joined the company. Now I am their recognized partner. I have my own company to lead & as she is still thinking ,she feels hands snaking around her waist from back & embracing her.

She happily leans back & again mentally thanks her lucky stars that she get to meet him. The love of her life, her better half & presently her fiancé Viranshu , whom she met first time at that interview.

He proposed her for marriage one month ago in front of their whole staff when they were preparing for a marriage event. It was so sudden that she forgot to respond for a few minutes & then leaped into his arms & hugged him so tight. He had almost lost balance but succeeded to balance at last. He was ecstatic & confessed that he lost his heart to her at first sight only when they first met at the interview. He then came to know her better in these years & was convinced that he wants to spend his whole life with her.

For her this was slowly & pacedly growing love, as they kept meeting, they grew fond of each other & when she started to having feelings for him she herself did not know.

Now, they plan to marry at the end of month for which all the preparations are on going.

Viranshu has his family settled in London. They have met Anika a few months back when they came to visit him. They were happily with their son's selection & whole heartedly accepted her. They knew all about her past & did not mind as their only son happiness is what matters to them most.

Anika mentally thanked Pinky for thousand times in these years for showing her the right path.

As Anika is happily enjoying her moments with her fiancé, there comes a knocking on her office door.

It opens & Sahil enters without crutches. Yes, Sahil got operated a year back when Anika had sufficient funds & resources to take her brother to London for his treatment & of course Viranshu accompanied them as he claimed that he was just helping his partner ( just business partner).

Even though Anika knew that this was just anexcuse she still pretended to believe him because she herself needed someone tolean on, in case something happens. Fortunately all went well & Sahil likedViranshu too much that he never wanted to leave his side.
