2nd POV

You had found yourself staring at the raven-haired girl once again as she stood across her opponent who seemed to be on the verge of breaking down. Your mouth agape while standing amongst the students who are also watching the intense match, butterflies making its way to your stomach.

Screaming, you heard, your eyes widened in pity while watching the scene unfold. Her eyes seemed to be glowing red ; never leaving the broken student whose head had been hung low in shame, corners of her mouth curled up, her bangs looking so perfect as always.

Carefully exiting the room where the gambling took place, you went back to your classroom and was greeted by Mary, your friend who happened to be good at gambling as well.

Waving hello, you both take your seats next to each other and talked about things anything you both could think of.

"I heard Yumeko won again," Mary stated, her voice not showing any signs of emotions while her fingers were playing the pen in between them. You nodded, eyes wandering behind your friend which was the outdoor, birds flying back and forth.

Your mind had once again drifted as you rest your cheek on your palm, lips slightly pouting.

"Hey baby," The familiar voice whispered in your ear which sent shivers down your spine. Looking back your eyes met with the red ones, smiling instantly while her arms snaked around your waist. Leaning back in her touch, you close your eyes once again.

"Hey yumeko, how was the gamble?" You asked, knowing her answer already, you still asked as you had known how much she loves to talk about the gambles she had partaken in.

The taller girl grabbed another chair close to her and sat next to you in order for you to lean against her. Her thumb rubbing the back of your hand as she shares her new exciting experience that happened a few minutes ago.

"I'm glad you enjoyed it," You hummed along, your girlfriend chuckles as you smile at just hearing her voice. It was soothing to say the least.

"And I'm glad you could watch it,"
