Aisling giggled, "Get off me. I'm supposed to be meeting Scott for lunch."

Chris let out a dramatic sigh, "Why are you having lunch with my brother without me?"

She shrugged playfully, "Hey, one of your siblings likes me. Can't you just relish in that for a while?"

He stood up from the bed, watching as she put on her shoes, "It's only been a few days, love. They'll come around. And my birthday is coming up, so you'll be seeing them then."

She groaned while standing, wrapping her arms around his neck, "I know." Aisling smiled as she leaned in, "I love you. That's all I care about at the moment."

Chris nodded, a mischievous glint in his eye. His hand slid up her thigh under her dress, causing her breath to catch. He chuckled at her whimper.

"Chris. I have to go. We've already had sex twice this morning." She moaned as he seemed to ignore her, his fingers tracing along her panties. "Fine, you touch me now, I don't touch you later." She laughed as she heard him groan, finally releasing her.

"You're mean."

Aisling nodded with a grin, "I know." She began to move away, but he pulled her back into a passionate kiss, making her moan as his tongue danced with hers before breaking away.

"I love you too. Now get out." He sighed, smacking her hard on the ass as she turned away from him, eliciting a squeal. She turned back to him with a smirk, winking at him as she left him standing in the middle of the bedroom with his hard cock pressing against his underwear.

"Aisling."

Scott and Tara smiled as they found her at a local restaurant. "Hey guys. Thanks for meeting with me."

Scott leaned over and kissed her on the cheek, nodding, "What's up?"

She sighed, "I know Chris's birthday is coming up, and I wanted to do something for him. He's been so great this last month, and I wanted to do something special."

Tara smiled, "That's wonderful. What were you thinking?"

Aisling hesitated and looked at Scott, "You play the piano too, right?"

He nodded, "Yeah, but not as well as Chris. Why do you ask?"

She sighed, "I wanted to learn a song to play for him. He plays for me all the time, and my grandmother used to play, but I was never interested. I thought he might appreciate the gesture." She showed them the song she had in mind. "Do you think I can learn this in two weeks?"

Scott nodded, "I think it's possible. But not from me. Let me give you the contact of a friend who can help you."

"Really? Thanks, Scott. I appreciate your help."

Tara reached out, placing a comforting hand on Aisling's, "We're happy to help. We understand that Lisa's birthday didn't go as planned. For the record, I did advise Chris against having your first family encounter at Lisa's birthday."

Aisling sighed, "Yeah, Shanna and Carly aren't too fond of me, are they?"

Scott shook his head, "No, it's not like that. They're just really protective of Chris. We all are."

Curious, Aisling asked, "So, how did I manage to win you guys over then?"

Tara chuckled, leaning back, "You were very open with me right from the start about your feelings for him. It was clear you were sincere."

Scott agreed, "Yeah, and just by the way you both looked at each other, it was evident that you were both in love. That's all we want – for him to be with someone who loves him as much as he loves her."

Aisling couldn't help but smile, feeling her heart swell with their words. "I really do love him."

Tara reassured her, "We know, sweetie. Don't worry about Shanna and Carly. They'll come around."

Aisling nodded, looking at Scott, "I hope so. I was on my best behavior at the dinner, but I can't promise I'll be that way next time."

Aisling glanced around the coffee shop until a blond gentleman caught her attention. "Tom?"

He smiled and nodded, "Yes, that's me. Aisling, right? Did I pronounce that correctly?"

She nodded, taking a seat, "Yeah, you got it right. Did Scott tell you about me?"

He chuckled, "Yeah, he mentioned to look out for the fiery redhead."

Aisling laughed, shaking her head, "Of course he did." Passing her phone to him, she asked, "So, this is the song I want to learn. Can you help me with it?"

Tom nodded, "Absolutely. Doing this for Chris, huh?"

She nodded, "Yeah, he's the reason. You know him?"

He chuckled, "Oh, yeah. I know him. Don't worry, your secret's safe with me."

Aisling let out a sigh of relief, "Good. It's meant to be a surprise. Thanks so much for agreeing to help."

"No problem. This song is relatively straightforward. I'm sure I can assist you. Can you sing?"

She chuckled, "Guess we'll find that out together."

Tom laughed, "Alright then." He took out his phone, sending her a message. "Here's the address to my place. I've got a piano there, and that's where I can teach you. Normally, I'd travel to my students, but that's not really an option this time."

Aisling nodded, "Understandable. Thank you."

✈️

"She's been disappearing a few times a week, Scott. I don't know where she's going or what she's up to." Chris paced back and forth, clearly agitated, while his brother sat calmly on the couch. Aisling was out of the house once again, and this marked the third time this week.

Scott chuckled, "Hey, ease up a bit. Do you trust her? She's allowed to have her own life, you know."

Chris let out a sigh, "Of course I trust her. But she hardly knows anyone in Boston other than my family." He stopped, gesturing to Scott, "And she's not with you, so where could she be?"

Scott stood up, placing a reassuring hand on Chris's shoulder, "You've got to calm down. Aisling is head over heels for you. You've seen that, right?"

Chris nodded, "Yeah, but it's still early in our relationship. What if she's having second thoughts about moving in with me?"

"Has she given you any reason to think that?"

Chris shrugged, "I don't think so. But I can't shake this feeling. Why does she keep disappearing like this?"

Scott chuckled, "Well, your birthday is around the corner. Maybe it's got something to do with that?"

Chris groaned, "Maybe you're right." Just then, he heard the front door open, signaling Aisling's return.

Scott intercepted her at the doorway, "He's been in a bit of a frenzy, Aisling. He's convinced you're off cheating on him."

"What?! How on earth can he think that?" She groaned, her tone a mix of disbelief and frustration, before breaking into a smile. "It'll all make sense after tomorrow. Then he can stop worrying and apologize."

Scott laughed, "You know I love you, right?"

She grinned, "Aww, love you too, Scott. Thanks for being in on this. See you tomorrow."
