Hi Phil,
We have been having Honors Orchestra practices non stop and it's starting to get on my nerves. First of all, I've barley had anytime to practice outside of school or keep up with all my school work which is starting to become stressful.
But that's fine because it's what I signed up for you know? I mean it really frustrates me when someone makes a huge commitment and is not ready for the responsibility.
I once knew a girl who signed up for two soccer teams. Our school soccer team and the county soccer team. Every day I had to hear her drone on and on about the same freaking things day after day. "Ugh I didn't get home until 9 last night and didn't get into bed until 11 and I had to wake up at 5:30 this morning so I'm ssoooooo tired omg. And I'm sooooooo sore like you wouldn't believe. Also I didn't have time to do that math homework can I copy?"
Ummmm, can you do your own work and not rely on others? Or will your rodent sized brain concave under the stress of the pressure.
Once I actually said no to her. And she looked at me like I was a mutant alien lizard with two heads and a purple tail. I went on farther to explain that it "was in my locker." For some reason I just couldn't tell her the truth that actually "it's right here in my bag but no you can't have it."
For the following days to come she kept asking me to copy, but i countered with excuses, and eventually she gave up.
Wow I got sidetracked. What was I even talking about?
Love always,
Cameron
