Today was the day that i have to go talk to my mom and dad at their house. I honestly have been dreading this day, but it has to be done. I woke up from bed at 12 pm...so i guess its time to get ready. The church service usually ends at 1:30 pm to 2 pm. So by the time i get my self ready and everything it should be almost time to leave. I get up and go look for a casual outfit. So i just choose a pink maxi dress since it was warm, and my mk sandals. I go and get my towel and toothbrush, and go into the bathroom and do my daily hygiene. I came out dried my self, lotioned my body. Then i put my little make up on, my dress and sandals. Then, i just put my hair in a neat bun. I checked my bag, i had everything i needed. So, i walked out of my room. When, i walked into the kitchen, i saw a covered plate and a note next to it. It was a note from J.

T, i don't know what time you'll wake up. So, i just made a plate for you because you may be hungry when you wake up. I had to go to work, so I'll just see you later. Have a great day boo.

I uncovered the plate and there was pancakes, sausages, and scrambled eggs. I ate my brunch, and drank some orange juice. Then, i left to go to my parent's house. It was now 1pm.
As i was driving to my parents house, there was so many things going on in my mind, then i started crying for some reason. I didn't realize that i had all that anger, and fear held in me. I was now in front of my parent's house. I checked my face, i wiped my eyes, and put more blush and lip gloss on. Then, i got out to car and walked to the front door. I lightly knocked. Then i foot steps coming. The door finally opened.

"OMG! Tania, come in baby"my mom said as she pulled me in a tight hug

"Hey mom, how are you?" i asked as i pulled away

She just stared at me, and started crying.

"T- Tania, you look so beautiful. I'm sorry for crying, it's just i honestly don't like the feeling that you don't love me anymore." she cried

I pulled her into a hug.

"Mommy, i will always love and care for both you and dad, no matter what happens. I'm your only baby girl, so don't ever think that I won't be here for you guys." i said as a held her and kissed her forehead.

"Okay T. Enough of this crying. Your father is waiting in the living room." she said wiping her eyes and taking my hand

I was so nervous , because i have not seen or spoken to my father since i left. Hopefully, this goes well.

"Hey Tania." my father said when he saw me with my mother

"Hey dad." i said as a walked to him and hugged him

"I've missed you honey."he said staring at me

"I've missed you guys a lot."i said with a smile

"Honey, can i have a moment alone with Tania please? He said to my mother

She nodded and went upstairs

"So, how have you been T?" my father asked

"I've been great actually, working, and I'm staying with Jamila temporarily. Then I'm going to search for a nice comfortable apartment."i said with a smile

"I want to apologize for the way i spoke to you. I shouldn't have spoken to you like that as a pastor and father. I remember when i was your age, i didn't care about anything that I say to you now. So, i fully understand where your coming from, as far as feeling pressured and etc. I love you so much, i am very proud of you. You have yet to let me down." he said with a smile

I just started crying , because that's the first time ever that my father has told me those words.

"Dad, you don't know how much i needed to hear those words from you. I often feel like, you feel like i was a failure or something. You guys never talk to Mike that the way you talk to me. So, thank you very much for telling me those words." i said smiling while wiping my eyes

"Come here honey." he said pulling me into a hug

"I love you, don't ever forget that. I'm human, i make mistakes also. Don't ever hesitate to come to me." he said while still hugging me

"Thank you." i said pulling away with a smile

"Are you staying for dinner?" he asked with a hopeful smile

"Ofcourse." i said with a smile

So, i stayed the whole day with my parents. Had a nice dinner with my mom and dad. It was now 6pm. So i decided that i should go home, and get ready for my date with Trey. I was surprisingly happy about this date.

"Alright guys i have to go now. I'm supposed to be going some where tonight." i said with a smile

My mother smirked at me.

"Oh really?" my mom asked with the same smirk

"Yes, really. So, i will be sure to call you and tell you all about it." i whispered the last part

"Mhmm you better." she whispered with a smirk

I just smiled and shook my head

I went over to my dad, and hugged him.

"I'll call you guys later. Have a freat night." i said hugging my mother by the door

My mom just smiled at me, still thinking about my date.

I left and got into my car and drove home. I was nervous about this date. I hope Trey doesn't try to.make me his dinner either. I wouldn't mind honestly . Hopefully this night goes well.
