Years went on, nothing too much out of the ordinary came to Carina's life, except for all the nagging that many of the elderly gives her about marriage proposals. The woman turned 25 this year, yet she refused all men in her way to continue living as she is, free from anything that may bring her down emotionally than she already is. Not a single soul in Encanto looked like the man in the vision, which she kept as a reminder in her wardrobe.

A promise is all that she's gripping on, that if she doesn't see that man in Bruno's predictions before her 26th birthday, then to damn it all. This woman's going to confess no matter what everyone would say. Almost everyone she knows is already married or going to get married soon, there's no point in staying single forever.

"Carina!" her brother, Julio knocks on her door, "Mamá says it's time to get ready!"

The woman groans, hiding under the pillow, "I'll be there." Her eyes locked upon the picture on the wall where she and Bruno stood side by side along with her whole family and the Madrigals that was taken on señorita Alma's birthday. Compared to his uneasiness before, Bruno became a lot more shy and jittery over the years now, but he's still him, and Carina couldn't be any more grateful that he's still by her side. The woman gets up from her bed to prepare, finding one of her beautiful dresses fit for the occasion.

"I'm doing the right thing.... Am I doing the right thing, Carina?" Julieta glances up at her friend who's currently helping her prepare for the wedding.

"Agustín is a clumsy one, but he's wise and caring. He's a perfect husband for you, Julieta. You've got nothing to worry about.—Except of course when his clumsiness brings him too many bee stings. At least you now know what your powers are here for," Carina jokes.

"He's not gonna think I'm too much strict, would he?"

"How are you the one who's strict? If I didn't know any better, I'd think he's going to be the strict one just so he can prevent anyone from experiencing his daily routine. How lucky of you, sis," Pepa grumbles from the side.

The both of us looked at her and the dark fuzz above her, "Pepa, if you're not giving a chance for yourself to get to know your suitors, then you'll won't find anyone who's as nice as Agustín," says Carina.

"Says you who instantly rejects any suitors you've ever had."

The woman shrugs, "I just don't like them, that's all."

She smirks, fixing her yellow dress with a daring look, "Or maybe you're just waiting for our brother to come at your doorstep screaming Oh marry me, Carina! We'll make a grand dome in my room with children as cute as you and me both."

Julieta looses her grip on the hairbrush she's been holding on to, laughing hysterically, and at the same time they hear a loud bang nearby. Pepa furiously stomped towards the door, opening it to find no one outside. They didn't even hear anyone scamper away.

"Shocking coincidence maybe?" suggested Carina.

Julieta chuckles, standing up and calming her sister down, "It's alright. It might just have been casita, helping with the house decor."
