"I think my water just broke." Elena breathes heavily, and Sebastian runs to her side holding on to her hand.
"We need to get her to the hospital." Elena winces again and groans.
"Hey, you're gonna be ok." Sebastian soothes her back.
"No, it fucking hurts!" She bites back. My little cousin, my sister, is having a baby. I don't like seeing her in pain, and right now she's trying so hard not to lose it.
"Come on the car's here." Lorenzo tells us. Stefano and Sebastian hold Elena and we walk slowly to the car. I get into the SUV with Jasmine, Stefano and Sebastian.
"Elena, I need you to breathe." Jasmine coaches her. Stefano looks back to check on Elena.

Oh, it's happening. My girl is having a baby. Why am I panicking even more?
I hold Elena's hand and she crushes it, I move her curly hair away from her face and kiss her temple. She sits back against my chest and rests her head on my shoulder.
"Elena, I need to take a look." Jasmine says.
"Ok." Elena whimpers. Her breathing becomes more heavy and her eyes squeeze shut in pain. "Oh god, Jas is gonna see my vagina." She winces and we all laugh. "It's not funny!" Elena lifts her legs slightly so Jasmine could take a look.
"Uh." Jasmine hesitates.
"What?! Is something wrong?!" Elena panics.
"We're not gonna make it to the hospital. There's too much traffic." Vincenzo says looking back.
"Elena, you're having this baby now."
"Oh my god!" Elena screams.
"Shh, you're gonna be fine." I whisper to her.
"Sebastian?" She cries.
"Baby, I'm here." She looks up at me and I cup her face.
"I can't do this." She cries, her face drenched with tears. "I'm scared. Our baby-" She screams before she finishes the sentence.
"Our baby is going to be fine. You're strong, you can do this."
"I can't!"
"Yes you can. Baby, I'm here by your side."
"Elena, I need you to push." Jasmine urges here.
"I'm pushing!" Elena screams.
"I'm pulling over." Vincenzo parks the car on the side of the highway.
I don't give a fuck if the baby isn't mine, I will be here as a father.
