So, I ought to write some notes here. Some of these stories are combined with other things, but you may not know some other things, so I've provided an index as well as other information for those of you who have come here for JoJo and don't understand other references!

Ace Attorney : A game about solving murders through court proceedings.
Apollo Justice : A lawyer in the Ace Attorney series with a special power.
Blade II : A 2002 film from a series about vampires featuring Wesley Snipes, called Blade.
Dandy Highwayman : A highwayman character portrayed by Adam Ant in the 80s.
David Bowie : A legendary musician and actor who unfortunately passed away in 2016.
Endgame : A 2019 film based on The Avengers, a group of Marvel superheroes.
Fleetwood Mac : A popular rock band started by Mick Fleetwood and well known for Stevie Nicks' iconic voice.
Freeview : A list of free to watch programs in Britain. In Britain you have to pay for a television license annually, so Freeview is ideal for those who don't want to pay to watch other channels on top.
Goro Majima : Deuteragonist in the Yakuza series, he is a higher up in the Japanese Mafia and well known for his stupid antics, fake accent and having one eye.
Hamlet : A play written by Shakespeare sometime between 1599 and 1600, originally known as The Tragedy of Hamlet.
Hawkeye : A Marvel superhero with ace archery skills.
IKEA : A Swedish furniture brand.
Ironman : A Marvel superhero who builds and maintains weapons and technology for military use.
Just The Two Of Us : A song by Grover Washington, featuring Bill Withers, released in 1980.
Karma Chameleon : A song by Culture Club, released in 1983.
Lakeside Terrace : A conference centre in South Florida.
Limited Edition Heart : A Gruff Rhys song from his 2018 Babelsberg album.
Lovesong For A Dead Man : A loading screen OST from Call Of Duty.
M4M : Movies4men, an old channel on British TV that used to play 90s/early 2000s blockbusters like Men in Black.
Magistrate : The evil villain in Steel Samurai.
Majorina : A villainous witch character from the 2012 anime series SmilePreCure, also known as Glitter Force. Her name was changed to Brooha in the English dub.
Maschio Angiono : A castle in Naples.
Mario Odyssey : A Super Mario game for Switch, involving him embarking on a journey in a flying hat.
Mia Fey : A medium in training and future leader of Kurain Village. She has powers of divination and can channel the departed.
Mile High Club : Slang for a person who has had sex on an aeroplane.
Napoleonic Wing : A building known as the Procuratie Nuovissime in Venice.
Neo Olde Tokyo : The place where Steel Samurai is set.
Ninth Gate : A 1999 horror film about a bookkeepers research into the devil.
Ophelia : Hamlet's lover in the play Hamlet, who drowned herself after falling into a depression caused by the murder of her father.
Pearl Fey : A young medium in the Ace Attorney series. She is from Kurain Village and doesn't see much of the outside world until her mother is incarcerated for murder.
Phoenix Wright : The main character and a veteran lawyer in the Ace Attorney series.
PiL : Short for Public Image Limited, a punk band fronted by John Lydon, formerly Johnny Rotten of the Sex Pistols.
Polly the Cook : I Googled this and it didn't return much. My Gran has always referred to us being 'Polly the Cook' if we help cook something and that extended to my parents and now me.
Sea World : A real life aquarium and entertainment company.
Seditionaries : Vivienne Westwood's starting boutique on one of London's high streets. It was originally called SEX and outfitted celebrities like Adam Ant and Malcolm McClaren. She sewed all of her own patterns and sold punk/alternative clothing. Seditionaries originals would be very valuable these days.
Sims : A simulation game, The Sims was released in 2000.
Sims 3 : The third installation of mad simulation game released in 2009 where you can do practically anything, such as find small animals and bring them home or sell them.
Steel : Steel Samurai's horse.
Steel Samurai : A fictional TV hero in the Ace Attorney series. He is a samurai and fights with a sword. All of the kids (and some adults) love him.
Sylvia Earle : A famous, American marine biologist and the first one I picked out from a Google search.
Symbiote : How Venom refers to itself, just an organism that needs a host to live.
Time After Time : A Cyndi Lauper song from her 1983 She Is So Unusual album.
Toshinobu Kubota : A Japanese musician who is well known in Japan for his more current music than his 80s disco hits. He is canonically Jotaro's favourite artist.
Variety : An album by Mariya Takeuchi, released in 1984. It features the iconic song Plastic Love.
Venom : A 2018 film about the Marvel character Venom, a slimy monster who has to be inside of a host (usually a human's body) before it can gain power.
'What time is it, Mr Wolf?' : A game I remember from my childhood where one person stands a distance away from the others, their back facing them, and the others take it in turns to ask what time it is and step forward depending on what time the wolf says it is. (Ex. It's 4 o'clock : Take four steps forward.) Eventually the wolf says "It's dinner time," turns back and runs after the others as they run back to where they were originally stood to start with. The game restarts minus anybody caught and ends when the wolf has caught all the children.
Yakuza : The Japanese mafia but also a game series about said mafia and doing leisure activities like karaoke and bowling.
'Yano' : Slang for 'you know' but typed how it is said in the Mancunian dialect.
Yubaba : The witch and bathhouse owner in Studio Ghibli's 2001 film, Spirited Away.
