There are two sequels, Still Ill and Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now, tho I'm pretty sure for me they just popped up after finishing the first one 🙃 Anyways, it was one of the first Drarry fanfics I read and it's sooo fucking good and one of the longest I've ever read too. :)
