Draco sat in the library, reading one of the books he hadn't managed to fly through yet. He loved books, possibly just as much as Hermione, if not more.

At home, he'd had a magnificent library, with every novel, textbook, memoir, novella, and journal you could imagine. He'd always loved that library, even since he was little.

It'd sadly gotten severely damaged during the war, but Mother was getting it restored to be even bigger and more beautiful. She loved books just as much as him, she'd been the one who'd introduced him to the wonder of books in the first place.

He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, resting his head on his hand as he read. He absentmindedly played with his hair, running his fingers through it and getting the -nonexistent- tangles out.

Out of the corner of his eye, he suddenly noticed Potter staring at him. Oh, how Harry wished it was his hand running through Draco's hair. He was sitting at a table to the left of Draco's, and whether he was there because Draco was or whether it was purely coincidental is up to you.

Draco looked over at Harry, who had immediately flushed and turned his head away when he saw Draco's head start to turn his way. He did it quickly enough that no one else would've noticed, but he didn't realize how precise Draco's peripheral vision was.

Draco smirked to himself, knowing that Potter had been staring at him. He went back to his book, deciding he might like to have a little fun.

After a few minutes of peaceful reading, he sat up straight and stretched back, letting out a -slightly exaggerated- groan of contentment, on the brink of turning into a moan... Harry's head whipped towards him, eyes wide and attentive.
Draco smirked to himself, settling back down and returning to his book, as though nothing had happened.

But Harry was still staring at him, mouth just slightly open.

Draco read for a few moments, before suddenly turning his head calmly and looking at Harry. Harry's face turned to one of panic, but immediately froze when he saw Draco's eyes. The glittering pools of gray were staring at him under luscious blonde lashes, and Harry could swear he could see something within them... that almost seemed like... lust??

His eyes widened, unsure what to do. Draco bit his lip, looking at Harry for another moment, before simply looking away and continuing to read, leaving Harry dumbfounded. What had just happened?!

It was a little while later when Draco decided to mess with Harry again. He sat back in his chair and sighed, a long, high-pitched, slightly loud sigh, that caused Harry's head to once again turn to him. But Draco ignored him, instead leaning forward and looking at his book, before saying, without looking up,

"If you're going to stare, Potter, at least do it up close." Harry's eyes widened, staring at Draco in complete shock. Having gotten no response, Draco turned his head to Harry and raised an eyebrow, silently saying with that one look 'Well?'. Harry looked at him unsurely, as though not convinced this were real. He slowly rose out of his seat, making his way over to Draco hesitantly.

"Come on now, I don't bite."

Draco had already returned to his book, not even looking at Harry as he said this, but it did make Harry quicken his pace and seat himself at the table with Draco. Harry stared at Draco for a few moments, contemplating, and scrutinizing Draco.

Finally, he spoke, "What games are you playing with me?"
Draco looked up at him, smirking, one eyebrow delicately raised.

"Didn't think you were that astute, Potter." He said.
