After pulling up to the location Kyran sent me, I realized we were at the park. I guess once he realized I pulled up he got out of his car and once I parked, I got out as well walking up to him with my arms crossed
"What made you meet me at the park?" I asked
"This the only way yo scary ass would meet me"
I sucked my teeth while he threw his arms around me, hugging me
Kyran's warm embrace was so comforting along with smell of cologne. I closed my eyes, taking in the moment while he continued to keep a tight hug on me
"How yo photoshoot went?"
"It went good. I was just long as hell. I had to be there at 8 in the morning and didn't finish until like 6 or 7" I explained as he finally let me go and we both sat back against the hood of his car
"Soooo I talked to kinsley and she told me about Aj... how you feel about that?"
"Other than the fact that I gotta whole uncle that's younger than me, ion really feel no type of way"
"That's crazy. But I guess it's good that y'all found out now instead of later on"
"True. But ion wanna talk about that right now"
"Well what do you wanna talk about?"
He just stared at me so I laughed
"Kyran. I'm not even your type. Trust me"
"Why you say that"
"Cause. First of all... no offense but I haven't met a girl that you dealt with that wasn't easy. Plus they all always pretty, wear all that extra makeup, nails stay done, long and pretty, hair always done and mostly they have ass. And I'm the complete opposite of that"
"Nah see, you ain bout to do yo self like that. You'on even realize it but you one of the baddest in that school and that's without the makeup and shit" Kyran told me "and plus you successful already, doing the shit they claim they do just cause they post a couple pictures on ig. You just got signed to what that shit called, Wilbur modeling or some shit"
I laughed at his complete inaccuracy "it's Wilhelmina Models"
"Same thing. But forreal. And I know you focused on modeling and don't want no distractions but damn. Lemme distract you every now and then. And it ain gotta be no relationship, but it'll be just me and you until you feel like you ready"
"So you willing to drop all your hoes to WAIT for me?" I asked him and he nodded
"Yeah"
"No" I shook my head "I can't let you do that Kyran. DONT do that"
"Why not" he asked, now standing in front of and as close as possible to me
"Because for one. Like I tell Kaleia, Jeremiah and Kinsley.. we're young. And two.. I'm not stupid. That sounds all good and everything now until later on you regret making a decision like that then start slipping up and I end up hurt. And that'll affect our friendship and we've known each other entirely too long to fall out now"
