Y/n pov:

"Camilo I—" I looked away

"Hey it's okay if you don't feel the same you don't have to sugarcoat anything for me." He waved his hands around nervously

God he's nervous isn't he

"No I do like you like— a lot." I looked at him for a reaction

Then he shapeshifted into me, then Mirabel, then Dolores then back to himself

I couldn't help but laugh

"Is that what you do when you're surprised ?" I laughed covering my mouth

He covered his face with his hands

"You're adorable Camilo Madrigal." I say standing up

"Woah where are you going Mariposa ?" He grabbed my hand as he stood up as well

"I have to go Camilo I don't want you to get into more trouble. I'll be back tomorrow I promise." I held out my pinky

Camilo laughed as he took my pinky

We heard footsteps coming towards the kitchen
It was Dolores

"Camilo get your girlfriend out of here Abuela has not calmed down she's gotten worse."

"Guess that's my cue see you tomorrow cariño." I give him a kiss on the cheek and hurry out

Girlfriend ??

I was beyond happy
time to hurry home

The next day

It was mid day I was about to leave my house when I heard a knock at the door

It wasn't who I was expecting
I opened the door
It was Mirabel

I gasped
"Mirabel I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you yesterday !" I gave her a hug
I truly felt bad for her

She hugged me back and said
"Hey it's okay I saw you get yelled at too and my mom told me what happened."

"Hm? What happened with what ?"

"Oh come on y/n my mom told me you and Camilo are a thing now." She said wiggling her eyebrows at that last part

"Mirabel stop." I said rolling my eyes

"Oh and guess what ?" She said stepping aside as I closed the door behind me
We started walking towards her house

"What ?"

"Tío Bruno never left ! He's hiding in the walls of the house and he told me we were never supposed to see that vision."

"What ? What about the one with me and Camilo ?"

"I asked him about that one but he refused to tell me anything but it's okay because I got him to do another vision and apparently I have to hug Isabella to save the miracle." She stuck out her tongue after saying Isabella's name
I laughed

"A hug is all it takes ?"

We were already arriving at the Madrigal house when I remembered

I'm not even supposed to be here

I stopped at the front door

"Uhm Mirabel I'm not supposed to be here I don't want you guys to get into more trouble your abuela hates me right now."

"I know that's why I brought back up psst Antonio !" She whisper yelled for Antonio

"What—" I looked up and Antonio peeked from the window
He waved me over
